**What do you like best about ChatSupport?**

The ease of using the tool and how they helped me step-by-step in installing it on my site, one of the points I would like to make is also the preview menu they provide of how the Widget would look and the entire Chat support configuration on my site, I found it very interesting and managed to configure everything without problems.

**What do you dislike about ChatSupport?**

Until now, what I like the least is the Chatsupport they use on their site, it keeps sending messages to me all the time and notifications keep popping up in my browser tab. Other than that, the integration/tool itself is very good.

**What problems is ChatSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a Lead enters my site and remains for a few moments without clicking on any tab, the Chatsupport itself initiates a conversation on its own, which allows us to convey more credibility to the Lead and consequently even one of our agents can close a sale immediately directly through the chat. I am managing to close more sales, the clients see that we care more about them.

So far I am using chat support and I haven't encountered any issues with this software sometimes when the server gets down it stops giving responses but the service team fixes it in a short time.

Being a hospital manager I get so many queries from our patients and their relatives that's why our team has got chat support With this we can address the maximum number of patients in very little time which enables us to deliver prominent solutions to our patients and provide the exact amenities and treatment they need.

**What do you like best about ChatSupport?**

It was the solution to be connected with customers at all times, especially when they need it most. The way in which we can be active with customers has not been appreciated since we are not robots responding that sometimes do not solve customer responses. With ChatSupport, customer service was improved through the website. Its installation was super fast and easy to do without much process or complicated coding

**What do you dislike about ChatSupport?**

Sometimes the questions and answers sent take time to come out, it is as if the system were blocked for a few seconds and although it is for a very short time it would be better if this delay did not pass

**What problems is ChatSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients do not appreciate it when talking with people and not with robots, being the most concrete answer giving a broader solution to the question of each user.

**What do you like best about ChatSupport?**

Chat Support help us to communicate with both users and clients at the same time.
Chat Support is simple to use . It help us to communicate directly with our clients using text messages, voice, and photos. In my organization my customer support team uses ChatSupport for communication.

**What do you dislike about ChatSupport?**

Sometime during  commuincation it feels like the response are system generated and created by chat bot. Another problem is reconnecting which occurs usually in evening time.

**What problems is ChatSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatSupport help us to commuicate directly with customer and team at the same time. ChatSupport must add some more emojis so that we can made our chats more interactive for users. It is simple, user friendly and provide more privacy than any other application.

**What do you like best about ChatSupport?**

The interaction with customers gets more genuine and with good information regarding any queries from the customers makes it a great tool to have more sales for your products. You can also track any old conversation with customers making it a very versatile software, customers get a good connection with you and the potential to purchase multiple products get even higher.

**What do you dislike about ChatSupport?**

The issue that normally happens is if any customer asks for a resolution about the products, they normally want it pretty quick, which is a problem. Sometimes it takes more time to resolve an issue than the customer expects, which results in a negative view of the product. Via chat there is a lack of personal connection reather than a call or direct meet, which may create sales issues sometimes.

ChatSupport is solving the problem of connecting customers and sellers that are not near to each other, connecting them and making the reach even further. And live support has a positive impact on customers needs.

There is no option of calling cx, sometimes cx will ask for call back.
It would be very helpfull if this option is availble in chat support.

Customer Service Desk can benefit greatly from ChatSupport. It enables us to communicate with users and clients simultaneously.It enables us to rapidly respond to customer inquiries.

You might occasionally feel like the response was artificial intelligence (AI) generated. Chatbox will become more interactive with the addition of new emojis and gifs.

When it comes to softawares and having been a person working in SaaS environment, I am very critical to the level of delivery of any tool that I happen to us in the professional space. With ChatSupport I've never experienced any problems.

This tool enables to directly connect with customer support through text messages ,audio clippings,video clipings and photos.It seems to be more friendly as it directly provides a platform to connect and communicate the information.

It takes a lot of time to connect with the customer representative which makes the user wait for a longer time to get the response. Repeatative scripts responses are also not the expectations of the user.

query gets resolved faster. Also it is very efficient. If we are in a hurry and do not have option to call then we can take help of chat support and gets the resolution instantly

Sometimes voice interaction is needed as in chat we can not express the emotions in the same way as voice

Quite easy to use and communicate with users. The way they're utilising SAAS platform helps in leveraging more features. Can seek for help even in the offline mode is an awesome thing

Little long wait time makes the customers annoyed. Scripted responses are frustrating and when we reconnect again, we may have to tell the whole story again.

When we stuck with somewhere any facing problems with any applications, we can have a quick live chat and get it resolved on the live. It avoid creating tickets and followingup with them which is a good thing.

Chat support is very helpful and beneficial because they allow me the support relief i need when im having a logistics issue. They are very quick and helpful doing this as well.

The only thing i dislike abot chatsupport is that it is a little slower in the evening time but given thats when majority of companies slow down in theyre service.
