What do you like best about ChatSupport?

The ease of using the tool and how they helped me step-by-step in installing it on my site, one of the points I would like to make is also the preview menu they provide of how the Widget would look and the entire Chat support configuration on my site, I found it very interesting and managed to configure everything without problems. What do you dislike about ChatSupport?

It was the solution to be connected with customers at all times, especially when they need it most. The way in which we can be active with customers has not been appreciated since we are not robots responding that sometimes do not solve customer responses. With ChatSupport, customer service was improved through the website. Chat Support help us to communicate with both users and clients at the same time.

The interaction with customers gets more genuine and with good information regarding any queries from the customers makes it a great tool to have more sales for your products. You can also track any old conversation with customers making it a very versatile software, customers get a good connection with you and the potential to purchase multiple products get even higher. The issue that normally happens is if any customer asks for a resolution about the products, they normally want it pretty quick, which is a problem. Sometimes it takes more time to resolve an issue than the customer expects, which results in a negative view of the product. There is no option of calling cx, sometimes cx will ask for call back.
