What do you dislike about Chatdesk Teams?

• As would be the case with any outsourced support, there can be a small learning curve while the team adapts to our brand voice.

• Occasional scheduling adjustments are needed around new product launches, ensuring that the team has all of the product information they need to offer support and answer product questions, but the team is always quick to adjust.

I dislike nothing, but sometimes it is hard when you do not see chats coming in or hear the sound you have gotten in a new discussion. That is what makes it hard when you are trying to stay productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is really helpful when it comes to relation building with our customers. Even when away from desk , it helps to respond and make job much easier. The setup of the tool is easy and it gives a back suppot for customer service and sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All is good , but just a little suggestion if tickets handling mechanish can be more autonomous in behaviour it would indeed be helpful to see how many queries are resolved or are in pending state Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
