• The team proactively manages our customer support tickets with speed and thoughtfulness.

• Communication is seamless, with regular check-ins that keep us confident our customers are being cared for.

• They were extremely helpful during setup, guiding us through integrations and building the right systems for scale.

• Their partnership has allowed us to maintain consistently positive customer interactions since launch.

**What do you dislike about Chatdesk Teams?**

• As would be the case with any outsourced support, there can be a small learning curve while the team adapts to our brand voice.

• Occasional scheduling adjustments are needed around new product launches, ensuring that the team has all of the product information they need to offer support and answer product questions, but the team is always quick to adjust.

Overall, nothing major however, as our experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

**What do you like best about Chatdesk Teams?**

I loved how easy it is to work with and how they make it possible to communicate with our customers and the customer sharing with us. I like how straight to the point it is as well.

**What do you dislike about Chatdesk Teams?**

I dislike nothing, but sometimes it is hard when you do not see chats coming in or hear the sound you have gotten in a new discussion. That is what makes it hard when you are trying to stay productive.

It solving for me since it gets me to answer customer service questions that our customer may have in real life time. It helps me grow our company and our customer service in a positive direction.

**What do you like best about Chatdesk Teams?**

It is really helpful when it comes to relation building with our customers. Even when away from desk , it helps to respond and make job much easier. The setup of the tool is easy and it gives a back suppot for customer service and sales team.

**What do you dislike about Chatdesk Teams?**

All is good , but just a little suggestion if tickets handling mechanish can be more autonomous in behaviour it would indeed be helpful to see how many queries are resolved or are in pending state

**What problems is Chatdesk Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves time by responding to our customer. The User Interface is nice . What else is needed when efficiency is bossted and relationship bond is deeply rooted. Thanks a ton Chatdesk Teams

easy to use, to communicate with and to navigate. User friendly and can use almost everyday. It has a usefull features.

sometimes it's too slow but manageable. Other than that no more issues

It terms of communication, answering of questions and of calls to attend meetings. It is very benificial to those who are working at home.

**What do you like best about Chatdesk Teams?**

Absolutely love  Chatdesk. They've been beyond helpful in handling our customer support tickets, and their team gives great insights and is easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Chatdesk Teams?**

Our only comment is that we sometimes see some tickets not being handled in a timeline manner, but it doesn't happen that often. The team is looking into it to avoid this from happening in the future.

With our limited resources, handling all customer support tickets was a struggle. Chatdesk has helped us significantly in resolving them efficiently.

So easy to set up and use with our teams. I cannot speak highly enough about how smooth the integration process was. Has really elevated our customer experience.

There's really not much that I can say that I dislike right now. There's always a learning curve with new software and this one was easy.

Chatdesk is allowing us to connect with our customers in realtime in a way that we previously have not been able to do. We've seen such an impact on both our CSAT and NPS scores.

Product is undoubtedly saving cost and ti. A new to support the customer service and get the work done quickly. this also improved our sales and erros.

The documentation of the product is not very user-friendly and needs improvement. cost of the product can be mini minimized

The cost and time required to complete the task are significantly less.  Also, the service is non stop that it is working 24/7, which is excellent, and that was possible with human service

Indeed an excellent app and user-friendly. Solving the customer queries is just a few seconds. Interaction with social media is also a great feature.

**What do you dislike about Chatdesk Teams?**

The performance of the application goes down as many customers ask for response. The cost of the product is very high and can minimize a bit.
