We added Chatboq to our website about four months ago because our support inbox was getting overwhelmed. Customers were reaching out by email, through contact forms, and sometimes even by messaging us on social media, which was difficult to manage efficiently. Chatboq helped us bring all of those conversations together with its single inbox, making it much easier to track messages and stay on top of replies. The live chat also allows visitors to contact us immediately, and the option to assign each conversation to a specific agent helps us keep our support process organized and running smoothly.
