**What do you like best about ChartLogic Patient Portal?**

There is not much that I like about it. I think because technology has become so complex, it makes this simple software harder to use. It is like using a flip phone nowadays when you are used to using a smartphone.

**What do you dislike about ChartLogic Patient Portal?**

Its simplicity. It does not flow the way a user would like for it to flow. There are other software systems that operate better and are more inclusive. This is just not a fit for our company.

**What problems is ChartLogic Patient Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a trick question because currently, I do not have any issues that I am solving, and I do not see any benefits that I can share. This system was no longer a fit for us and therefore we no longer use it.
