**What do you like best about Adpoint?**

Adpoint is a great CRM that allows Account Executives a way to manage their territories so that they can manage all the contacts they make, move chevron stages, track dollars sold, look at previous years spend levels at a glance, place contacts and roles, find billing invoices, and so much more. It's designed to help an AE sell more while being able to manage quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Adpoint?**

It takes some training to know how to manage the sales reports. There is a workflow segment that can bog you down when you need to get approvals from a manager or you need to collect prepayment. Other than that it's pretty straightforward.

**Recommendations to others considering Adpoint:**

The CRM tool is solid in tracking sales activity. It helps to be mobile and enter information immediately. No need to have lots of paper notes from meetings as you can simply enter all the information to refer back at your fingertips.

**What problems is Adpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to keep a fast pace in my work to close more sales and go back in to see exactly where I left off. It allows my leaders to see what I'm doing at a glance through a dashboard. Makes 1:1's easier to discuss about what I've done lately for the company.

Being a large advertising company, we have a lot of options. Adpoint has the ability to showcase those options and is fairly easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Adpoint?**

I dislike the amount of steps that it takes sometimes to even place the smallest order.

**What problems is Adpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it does help with organization

I like Adpoint because it combines most things my team uses, including account management, order management, tasks/activities, and we can work with multiple teams!

**What do you dislike about Adpoint?**

There are many features within the Adpoint dashboard, and it's hard to learn them all!

**What problems is Adpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adpoint has definitely helped with contract management and having an overall view of each account.
