# What's a good Q&A platform for cutting down repetitive support tickets before they even get filed?

Hoping to get a read from support leads who've watched the same ten questions arrive every week. What's a good Q&A platform for cutting down repetitive support tickets before they get filed, rather than answering them faster once they land?

The place a ticket gets born is a form, a chat widget or an email. A Q&A archive that lives somewhere else never gets a chance to intervene. So the question underneath is where the platform can surface an answer: inside the product, in the search box on the contact page, or in the moment an agent is about to escalate. I'd like to start a discussion on the Q&A Platforms tools on G2 built for that interception, and what each is best known for:

Bloomfire (4.6/5, 515+ reviews): Best known for AI search that returns a direct answer from your own content, close to 2 million answers a month by the vendor's count, so a customer or agent gets the answer instead of a list of articles. Analytics scores 0.96, the category high, which is how you find the questions nobody has answered yet. Trade-off: enterprise pricing and implementation.

Bettermode (4.7/5, 110+ reviews): Best known for embeddable community widgets, so the Q&A shows up inside your app or on the help page at the moment of need, with a no-code builder to shape it. Embedding scores 0.90. Trade-off: it's a community, so deflection depends on members answering.

Dashworks (4.5/5, 70+ reviews): Best known for cited AI answers pulled across every connected app, now sold by HubSpot. The deflection here is internal: a tier-one agent gets the answer before escalating to tier two. Knowledge Integrations scores 0.91. Trade-off: not customer-facing.

Apache Answer (4.3/5, 20+ reviews): Best known as the free, self-hosted Q&A option for a public answer base that search engines index, which is the cheapest interception point there is. Trade-off: you run it, and nobody writes the first hundred answers for you.

BetterMode’s embeddable Q&A is compelling because deflection works best when the answer appears exactly where someone is about to ask the question. Bloomfire’s analytics adds another useful angle by exposing unanswered searches. I’d track repeat-ticket volume by topic after launch. Which questions disappear first usually tells you whether the knowledge experience is actually working.
