**What do you like best about Chargerback?**

Chargerback is a Cloud-based Lost & Found entry and tracking solution that makes the complete process fast, secure and most importantly - Easy for both the person who files a found item and the owner of the lost item. The interface is straight forward and easy to use and navigate, with many options to add a detailed description that allows the owner to filter out the item(s) and retrieve it fast. IT makes the Lost & Found duty done easily and with joy, saving a lot of time and trouble compared to other methods. It is the perfect and a must have tool for the hospitality industry.

**What do you dislike about Chargerback?**

The login process and the entry form has a specific step by step routine that, for new users, has to be explained by training and a couple of examples. It is not actually a downside or a con for the solution, it is just a part of the entire process that requires some additional time. This is a one-time thing and after the introduction training everyone can use it without any issues. Also, for some, being a cloud-based service might be a downside since there is no offline data library. But, Chargerback offers very good reports that make up for this.

**What problems is Chargerback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in the cruise industry and having guests' experience as a top priority, Chargerback ensures that even the lost items can be easily returned to their owners, thus making the guests feel cared for and have them return to cruising with the company, knowing that even the small things are of big importance to the guest services team. It's the small things that make a big impact.

**What do you like best about Chargerback?**

This system allows not only access for admin within the company, but also for guests to be able to add their own items, them reporting their item personally and being able to see that physical record gives them more peace of mind, even if you report that you haven't found their item they feel like there is hope or at least that everyone possible has been done.

**What do you dislike about Chargerback?**

The interface is a little complicated for what it needs to be. There is a lot of functions that could be consolidated, searching could be more efficient. Honestly other than the guests being able to fill out their own link, the same could be achieved with a UPS account and an excel sheet, but having another company deal with credit card processing and that peace of mind the guest receives can help even the angriest guest feel satisfied that the item is being given the care they think it deserves.

**Recommendations to others considering Chargerback:**

You still need an account with FedEx or USPS to be able to use chargerback. I suggest you keep on top of clearing and archiving items as well, as they can build up quickly.

**What problems is Chargerback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to take credit card payments for shipping costs of lost and found items. So many companies/hotels only allow guests to be able to pick things up, or have to find a way to work around sending items back to the guest, once you tell a guest you already have a system in place, they feel more relaxed instantly.
