Operating in an International airport environement we are confronted with tens of thousands of enquiries from passengers as well as tens of thousands of found items. Our previous process was manual and labour intensive. Since we started using this Lost And Found Software we have been able to work much faster, return more items and generally keep better track of all the things going on in our lost property department. "We run the lost and found at an airport and also take care not only of items lost at the airport, but also take over items from the airlines. It's a massive amount of work to take care of the items themselves, but also our customers. This needs to be done by multiple employees across multiple locations.

The Lost and Found Software Manager takes care of a great deal of our workload. Especially the automated smart matching is great because it identifies owners of found items. I also like the user management, which lets the manager decide which users and/or stations are authorized for specific action like handing out found items to owners or opening the cash register.

The image recognition feature is also great because instead of having to type in every item, we can just take a picture and the software places the item into the right category." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Much faster processing of found property and customer inquiries. Task lists make managing items in bulk extra easy as well (for example when handing over all passports to the police). Integrated return system for payment and shipping works great and I personally appreciate not having to take care of thousand of transactions myself because the software takes care of it for us.
