**What do you like best about Crowdfind?**

That the items can be pictured and titled, but also that there is a section for hidden information that only our internal team can see. This is great for confirming the lost item does belong to the person that is trying to claim it.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfind?**

When bringing the Ipads and laptops to the site the vendor does not supply hot spots or any way to be sure that internet is available. Because we had limited access to the internet on-site (a 3-day music festival) all the logging had to be done the next morning (when the wifi was available) which eliminated the real-time benefit of the software.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfind:**

Make sure you have internet available the day of the event, even have a specific network for this software.

**What problems is Crowdfind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing concertgoers the chance to turn in, find, and submit claims for lost items. The benefit is that the items are published and available for return 60 days after the event.

Immediate resolution of issues, ease of use.

Can take a while to load. Other than that I have no issues.

Allowing clients to make claims on lost items easily.
