I love that Chalk It Pro is an all-in-one gym management software that solves a lot of clunkiness from previous software. I like that it's great for both the members and the backend. Our admin, programming staff, and those handling membership can manage everything within the platform really natively. I also appreciate that members can log their scores and do billing in one place, which is really hard to find. The integration with Go High Level is great, allowing communication with our CRM, making it easy when people sign up for a membership. It's super easy to set up for both the back end and the members.

Honestly there's nothing I dislike about Chalk It Pro. Like anything, there are features we'd love to see added, but the team has been doing a great job rolling them out. There is a bit of a learning curve at the start, mainly because Chalk It Pro offers so many features and capabilities, but that ultimately becomes a strength. Coming from our previous solution, the transition felt smooth thanks to the onboarding team, who made the setup process straightforward and helped us get comfortable with the platform quickly. I like that Chalk It Pro has multiple levels that allow me to change each prescriptive workout inside each level.
