**What do you like best about Certiphi Background Screening?**

The background screenings are reliable, timely, and efficient. Certiphi also does a good job of keeping partners informed of changes in regulations and requirements within their states.

**What do you dislike about Certiphi Background Screening?**

The I-9 integration and the background integration "clash". That is to say, if the user is assigned both a Background and an I-9, they'll have trouble completing whichever they attempt second. The page will often not properly load, and instead of the hyperlink taking them directly to the form, it will take them to a landing page and they'll have to add the form manually.

**What problems is Certiphi Background Screening solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration does make initiating the background check easier, timely and reliable. Producitivity has increased for the onboarding department. We've seen an increase in candidate profiles completing their onboarding as well.
