Emails to their support resulted in nothing.

G Suite integration is seamless and smooth. Very easy to pull data out in reports. Very customizable so you can make the tool work for you. This is a very small dislike. Setting up policies is not very intuitive and takes a little time to get used to. I would expect to setup hours under the users profile but you must make a policy. Webcal that connects to Google Calendar isn't always accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
