It provides a truly professional, easy to administer approach to PTO management for our small business with simple, actionable reports of time taken and available and accurate management of accrued and used time. Entering and approving requests are seamless. **What do you dislike about Centreli?** It would be nice to have more customization. As a small business we offer fewer types of PTO than others, but Centreli still gives employees the option to put in requests for types of time (like sick time) that we don't offer. It's a little demoralizing for new people to see this long list of PTO types and be reminded that we don't offer some of them. **What problems is Centreli solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us a professional and affordable PTO administration interface that helps us manage employee time off in a streamlined way. It also is nice that it allows for incremental time off (even just an hour or 2 of PTO if someone wants to take it) and always accurately follows our PTO rollover policies ### 2. We received 2 annual subscription charges that we didn't authorize as we switched away from Centreli back in 2021. Emails to their support resulted in nothing. I am reporting them to various organization for their fraudulent billing practices and lack of response to solve it. **What problems is Centreli solving and how is that benefiting you?** PTO tracking ### 3. Very easy to pull data out in reports. Very customizable so you can make the tool work for you. Everything is very easyfrom setting up users to setting vacation days to making adjustments. Managing PTO is stress free. **What do you dislike about Centreli?** This is a very small dislike. Setting up policies is not very intuitive and takes a little time to get used to. I would expect to setup hours under the users profile but you must make a policy. Webcal that connects to Google Calendar isn't always accurate. **Recommendations to others considering Centreli:** If you are not happy with the way you currently track PTO than definitely give Centreli a try. **What problems is Centreli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We stopped using spreadsheets to track PTO which would take hours of HR time. Centreli is quick and efficient. ### 6. I am a visual worker and learner and I find their set up, aesthetics, and presentation very appealing and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Centreli?** When trying to predict how many hours you'll have for the rest of the year it gets a little confusing. **What problems is Centreli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy for employees to request days off and manage vacation time on their own. ### 7.
