# Which Trustpilot Consulting firms offer competitive benchmarking against industry peers?

Hey G2 reviewers and researchers who track review platforms. Which Trustpilot consulting firms offer real competitive benchmarking against industry peers, and what should that benchmarking include?

Worth separating two things. Trustpilot's paid plans already include competitive intelligence: your TrustScore, volume and review trends against named competitors. So a partner that only forwards that dashboard isn't adding much. What a consultant should add:

Peers you actually compete with, not the category page's default set

Invitation rate and response rate as the comparison, not just the score

Review sentiment by theme (delivery, support, pricing) against those peers

A plan for the gap, with owners and a timeline

Agent6: Sydney consultants whose pitch is competing for market share, combining creative with technical analysis. Trade-off: a small team, so benchmarking is bespoke rather than productised.

The distinction between receiving competitor data and getting useful benchmarking from it is important. A consultant adds more value when they can explain why a gap exists and translate it into an action plan. For anyone who has paid for this, what benchmarking insight actually changed a decision you were about to make?
