Pro and Cons of Castle **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ranajit B. | Network Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2025 **What do you like best about Castle?** I like the dual layer protecttion, bot detction, behavioural analysis fetures the most , but the things i liked the most was detecting suspicious mail **What do you dislike about Castle?** some times legitmate used to get blocked by the systems and they used to face serious challenges . **What problems is Castle solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was used to detect fake account creation , preventing spam email and used to take care of account take over using the ip address of ssytem and if there are multiple user are logging in into same account from different system from different location or might some time from same location ### 2. Castle ingests the data points that most organizations either ignore or aren't aware of (e.g., mobile device operating system, internet service provider, IP location) to identify bad actors, account takeovers, or levels of risk that organizations aren't comfortable with. The solution is easily deployed and easy to maintain. Lastly, the Castle team is fantastic to work with and typically responds to questions within an hour, which is incredible. **What do you dislike about Castle?** No overall dislikes; just excited for new and enhanced capabilities. **What problems is Castle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Castle identifies risk within the electronic fingerprint of users that log into an organization's mobile application or online platform.
