We wanted to know what Recruiting Automation software accurately screens and qualifies candidates automatically, and "accurately" is worth defining before naming anything, automated screening that just filters keywords isn't the same as one that actually ranks candidates against role requirements.

If the scoring model was trained or tuned on historical hiring outcomes, matching what a recruiter would have picked isn't independent validation, it's the system reproducing the same pattern, including whatever blind spots or biases shaped those original decisions.
