# Is Seequelle worth it for teams that need responsive support and fast issue resolution during a Dayforce project?

Response time during an active Dayforce project isn't a nice-to-have, it's often the difference between a blocked payroll run and a resolved one, and it's exactly the kind of thing a Dayforce consulting evaluation should weigh more heavily than a generic satisfaction score. Here, "worth it" comes down to whether Seequelle's support speed holds up when something breaks mid-project, not just during a calm implementation phase.

What makes this worth settling carefully:

Whether response times stay fast during time-sensitive issues, not just routine questions

Whether the team's Dayforce depth actually exceeds what a company could get from Dayforce's own support line

Whether that responsiveness holds across different types of engagements, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support alike

Whether the cost reflects the speed, since faster turnaround is rarely the cheapest option

What the reviews actually show:

Seequelle: Reviewers repeatedly describe near-immediate response times, with one saying they can rely on Seequelle "more than the Dayforce support team" and another noting the team resolves issues "quickly and painlessly." One reviewer was direct about the tradeoff: "cost seems a little high, but is worth it for the quick turnaround and thorough, successful results," which is about as honest an answer to "worth it" as a review gets. The pattern across its 29 reviews, nearly two-thirds from enterprise-segment companies, suggests that responsiveness isn't just true for small, easy engagements.

For anyone who's had Seequelle handle a genuinely time-sensitive issue, a payroll error close to a pay date or a mid-project blocker: how fast was first contact, and did the resolution actually match that initial response speed?

Oh for that specific need, Seequelle actually looks like a decent fit, they're a consultancy certified on Dayforce (and UKG Pro) and their whole focus is client-side implementation, project management, support, reporting and integrations, which is exactly the "someone in our corner who responds fast" role. Boutique firms like this often give you more hands-on, responsive attention than a giant systems integrator where you're a small account. The honest caveat is it's a smaller shop without a huge public track record, so I'd lean hard on references, ask to speak with a client who had a messy Dayforce issue and see how fast Seequelle actually resolved it. Are you mid-project and firefighting, or lining up support before you start?
