Castle ingests the data points that most organizations either ignore or aren't aware of (e.g., mobile device operating system, internet service provider, IP location) to identify bad actors, account takeovers, or levels of risk that organizations aren't comfortable with. The solution is easily deployed and easy to maintain. Lastly, the Castle team is fantastic to work with and typically responds to questions within an hour, which is incredible. **What do you dislike about Castle?** No overall dislikes; just excited for new and enhanced capabilities. **What problems is Castle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Castle identifies risk within the electronic fingerprint of users that log into an organization's mobile application or online platform.
