"Revolutionized Our Agriculture Management"
What do you like best about Caspio?

I love how Caspio allowed me to identify all the components and data we need for planning and execution simply, efficiently, and quickly. The ability to record tasks in real time and have plant details readily available in the field has saved my team time and improved decision-making. I really appreciate the 'relationship' builder, as it allowed me to identify and link all the relevant connections without templates. This, combined with the data pages, became a powerful tool for us and helped in designing and launching applications that are easy and relevant for the team to understand and use. The initial setup was quite fast and easy to learn. I've been promoting Caspio at a level 10, which speaks to how much I value it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caspio?

I guess the part that would have assisted me most would have been to understand indexing in terms of our needs. This took some time for me because I had no programming background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for the review, and for being such a strong advocate for Caspio! It's great to hear that the platform has helped your team plan and execute more efficiently in the field, and that the Relationships feature and DataPages have come together to support real-time task recording and better decision-making.

"Easy backend, great customer service, but customization extremely difficult"
What do you like best about Caspio?

A configuration-ready backend with easy-to-build forms and reports, plus a useful visual SQL editor that makes setting up automations straightforward. Customer service is top-notch, and most tickets are resolved to my satisfaction within 24 hours. It’s also a fraction of the cost of SAP, SAS, or NetSuite. Adding the MCP capability has been their best update yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caspio?

Customization is difficult to impossible. DataPages are rendered using a generated-on-demand table structure that’s devilishly tricky to interact with programmatically. There are workarounds for some customizations, but others are simply impossible, and in some cases even make Opus 4.7 throw up its hands in frustration. The built-in style system is inadequate and brittle. The VSQL editor also frequently throws errors without any explanation. It claims to be a “low-code” platform, but most of my job ends up being writing code for our Caspio system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Rita Rezvanian of Caspio

Hi James, thank you for the detailed review, it's great to hear the SQL editor, customer service, and MCP Server has been working well for you! Your feedback on customization limits, DataPage rendering, the style system, and VSQL error messages is noted, and we'll pass it along to the team.
