**What do you like best about Caroz, THE TMS?**

I like this software because it  can be adapted to the needs of each operation and has  ability to develop all possible interface types within agreed lead time and budget.

**What do you dislike about Caroz, THE TMS?**

There is no business Intelligence module available (yet) for reporting purposes. However, as per the customer service bench, we are assured this will be solved soon.

**Recommendations to others considering Caroz, THE TMS:**

This tool has enabled management and selection of our activities. It has really enhanced on our transportation and orders and this service has build a strong trust with our customers. I therefore fully recommend it.

**What problems is Caroz, THE TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this tool to manage our operations.  It has provided us with sufficient tools for managing our logistic chain electronically. This has really reduced on cost and time.
