Each Carly agent has its own real email address and acts on your behalf: it schedules meetings, triages and replies to email, sends follow-ups, runs research, and keeps your business tools updated automatically. Carly connects natively to 200+ business applications across 45+ categories, including Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, QuickBooks, and Jira, and can work with virtually any other tool through your own API key. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026 **What do you like best about Carly AI?** only thing good was what it advertised, yet it still failed to deliver on what I needed: integration with my other business apps and automation for tasks like social media posts and marketing. **What do you dislike about Carly AI?** First, it doesn’t even have an app. It’s run entirely through your browser, which feels strange, and it also times out on requests or uploads a lot, forcing you to restart prompts over and over. Second, most integrations seem to require multiple upgrades across various apps just to function. Third, it fails to do what it claims to do with automated tasks. I set it up to post three social media posts a week, and it never did—not once—even after I confirmed with it that everything was set. Worst of all, though, is the customer service. Apparently the CEO, Sarah Warman Hirschfield, runs customer service herself, which is a big red flag to start. After having Carly email customer service herself to cancel, Carly then tried selling herself to me again by promoting "credits." When I laughed and pointed that out, I received multiple escalating emails from her, dripping with sarcasm, as if I expected to get a year free. You couldn’t pay me to troubleshoot this horribly incomplete AI platform for her. **What problems is Carly AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** None.
