**What do you like best about Carew International?**

Training was hands-on and  the learning was scaffolded to build on previous concepts. This leads to better understanding of the material!

**What do you dislike about Carew International?**

Our team could benefit from quarterly refresher trainings. Short and sweet.

**What problems is Carew International solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carew provided a relevant, applicable and immediately actionable formula for interacting with our students. Even after day 1 of the training, we saw a change in the conversations we were having with students. In the work we do in student success and retention, this training has given us the exact tools we need to LAER every interaction and confidently move a student to their next right step to graduation.
