**What do you like best about Cardlytics?**

Cardlytics helps our team find insights and data for women's fashion wear ad campaigns. Its custom audience segments help us in targeting audiences based on specific purchasing behaviours and  demographic criteria

**What do you dislike about Cardlytics?**

While Cardlytics is good for getting relevant data for specific categories like purchasing behaviours and engage shoppers. But it doesn't have enough data for some other domains like the health sector, sports, etc

**What problems is Cardlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cardlytics is helping us by giving useful data and analysis for our ad campaigns project audience. It saves our valuable time in researching specific categories based on demographics, interests and behaviours.

**What do you like best about Cardlytics?**

Because Cardlytics has relationships and partnerships with a variety of banks, they are able to provide a perspective on consumer spend that is invaluable. Using this "birds eye view" helps determine the best deals paired with the right consumers when and where they use them.

**What do you dislike about Cardlytics?**

The oboarding is a little confusing, and it takes a bit of time to really understand how to best use the platform and learn the interface.

**What problems is Cardlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives our brand the visibility that we need in a somewhat unexpected place (within a banking app experience) but one that is highly crediable. When a bank is the one recommending a certain brand offer, there is a higher conversion rate based on that credibility.

**What do you like best about Cardlytics?**

I loved using Cardlytics when I was a media planner at an ad agency. Having them on my plan really helped with getting the right ROAS for my client. We had them partnered up against other systems and they came out on top.

**What do you dislike about Cardlytics?**

It was a great platform, I think the only thing that would have been helpful would have been an easier onboarding experience to get to use the platform more effectively.

**What problems is Cardlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cardlytics was able to get my brand's advertising in front of the right audiences. It also helped in driving incremental revenue to our physical store locations.

**What do you like best about Cardlytics?**

We have a wealth of data about our own loyal customers-what we didn't have was data about our casual customers. People who visited once or twice but didn't provide their customer data through our loyalty program. Cardlytics helped us get more information about their purchase behavior and demographics.

**What do you dislike about Cardlytics?**

Depending on your needs it can be cost prohibitive-plan your budget accordingly.

**What problems is Cardlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us look at the purchase behaivors and shopping baskets of infrequent non-loyalty customers.

**What do you like best about Cardlytics?**

We are able to track the user behavior and target them specifically to increase users, transactions and retention on the platform. The insights is what makes the difference.

**What do you dislike about Cardlytics?**

Nothing as of now. Maybe the support team should improve the SLAs and respond quicker. Also the integrations took some time to get acclimatized with our dashboards.

**What problems is Cardlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most importantly Cardlytics is helping us understand the customer sentiment and helps us focus on the customers based on the outcomes. This is helping us spend in the right direction.

THe way we are able to analyse the user behaviour and target them specifically to increase users, transactions, retention on the platform

**What do you dislike about Cardlytics?**

Integration with our inhouse is slight effort. Confidence on the dashboard is not 100% need better visibility.

Great reconmendation for tracking analytics, targetting customer

**What problems is Cardlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The discounts and personalised targetting is just lovely. I as an end user is able to get great discounts from big brand. It should also list the local shops

It was super helpful to use their data to see where consumers where shopping, and who was spending money with my client or a competitor.

For some clients minimums were a little too high
