Templates range from Thanksgiving to other holidays and employee-type cards. The interface is simple and intuitive to use. Teams may use additional features, like team accounts and such, but this has worked wonders for someone looking to send a simple thank-you card! I have used CardClan to send simple thank you cards from job interviews to sessions where I have met people over a call. It's a great and simple way to thank someone outside of the generic, boring thank you e-mail. **What do you dislike about CardClan?** If you are on the base plan, cards are sent from the default CardClan e-mail that might go into the receiver's junk inbox. In that regard, I recommend going to the tier that allows you to choose your e-mail domain. **What problems is CardClan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending a thank you card to clients, coworkers, and personal cards is a remarkable benefit of using CardClan. It's an invaluable tool to have in the age of Zoom, Teams, and WebEx. ### 3. It needs some serious work to become friendly, which I'm told is getting addressed shortly. If that can happen, with continued automation improvements, this will be everyting I need. **What problems is CardClan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to keep in touch with clientele on a weekly to monthly basis. Massive e-greetings supposedly help engagement but now, unable to use because of the limitation I mentioned. ### 7. CardClan. It is actually more than just the specifications and features. It is about the company behind it and how well they support their users. Unfortunately, you do not normally find out how good this is until after you have paid and after you have a problem. While many companies send you off to their FAQ or tell you to check the wiki or even leave you talking to a chatbot; CardClan is brilliant, Their support is quick ad very, very good. Be aware that the best support happens during American EST business hours, but they are expanding that. I cannot speak highly enough about their support. **What problems is CardClan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to send thank you cards to my clients and this is the simplest and most satisfying way to do it. Change colours? No problem. Change fonts? No problem. Add images or logos? No problem. Add an animated GIF? No problem. Send from more than one team member (ie email address)? no problem. Send to a whole list? No problem. Send to one person? No problem Send to a whole list of people? No problem. Send it later (ie schedule a date/time)? No problem. I worked this all out in under 5-minutes. It is just so easy to use. My clients will get something so different that I will simply stand out from the crowd. ### 8. The support team are very receptive to suggestions and quick to implement them (or add them to the roadmap). **What do you dislike about CardClan?** Since CardClan is new, some useful features aren't currently available. For example, you can't customize the email containing the card or get good analytics. That's fine because those features are coming soon. I'd rather experiment at today's price than pay more when additional features are added. **What problems is CardClan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a fresh way to send personalized messages at scale. We can through our CRM but they look plain. We can through our newsletter tool, but they don't look special. We were thinking of using a mailing service to send paper cards but that gets pricey. CardClan lets us send digital cards that look good on mobile and desktop. ### 9. Nothing hard. You just add an image, text, icons, background and it's ready to send. The other good feature is we are able to send 1 gift card in bulk. Say to 1000 customers as a "thank you". If they develop webhook and API and we will be able to send everything automatically that this tool would be so awesome, to be honest. **What do you dislike about CardClan?** Some features are actually missing and we are really hoping they develop it as soon as possible. Some of them are: - better analytics like open rate, who actually opens a gift card, delivered, location, unsubscribed etc. Similar to any EMS platfrom... - webhook and API. It would be much easier to have it automated. Like anytime someone submits a birthday, Card Clan sends a birthday card automatically based on any chosen trigger - more options to create and edit a gift card. For example button, you can't change a size of a button. - better workspaces and user permissions. **Recommendations to others considering CardClan:** The competitors are so much expensive. CardClan has a really affordable price..... **What problems is CardClan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to send a handwritten gift card by post. But it's quite expensive like $4 for each. This way we can keep sending out our gift card or any "thank you" card in a digital form that costs us a minimum. Their pricing plan is not so expensive compared to other competitors. ### 10. A card is much more personal than an e-mail. - Ability to freely design your own card - I used standard card services and always disliked their card motives. - Own it fully! No nerve killing advertisement for the recipients, get your own custom domain and have even the link customized for your brand. **What do you dislike about CardClan?** - It's a start-up product so I do not yet see all the features I would dream of (e.g. uploading my own animated gifs, having sound effects). But they have a very strong roadmap and are adding great new features constantly. Jump on now to profit of future features for a great price like I did. **What problems is CardClan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it to increase customer retention and for outreach to connections I have on LinkedIn or via my newsletter opt-in field at websites. It's a much better way to get out of the e-mail overload. I get better customer attention. ### 11. It has a way to grow but I can tell it will happen through growth. What is totally in place now is responsive customer service. I believe that model will change with growth but the responsiveness will not change. I first used the software on Palm Sunday and met glitches every step of the way. I left a chat message for customer service but they would not be open until Monday. To my surprise and delight, Saad got back in touch with me and walked me through each glitch. The last glitch was my screen freezing which was not corrected until Monday. So, I was able to get the card sent to my ministry on Monday and a few other cards after an important meeting Monday evening. I received a response from the late meeting recipient and I believe the card was instrumental in getting a callback today. CardClan, if used consistently should help you grow many relationships. **What do you dislike about CardClan?** I purchased it through Appsumo. The plan is good but what would make it better is to offer CNAME for each level but within reason. So for Code 1 purchase, you would get a CNAME. For a 2 Code purchase, you would get two or three CNAMES. The additional codes would receive more CNAMEs. I see where there is always a blank back cover. I would like to have the capability to remove it or add my logo or something. **Recommendations to others considering CardClan:** It's a great product. It will be even better over time. I am not sure but it would be great to include texting capability. **What problems is CardClan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to get someone a card faster than the mail. I will benefit by creating and building relationships better, as well as being more creative in my real estate business and ministry work. ### 12.
