What do you dislike about Captiv8?

Nothing! I think the only thing is that some of our creators are taking some more time than expected. But the team is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great people, but tech is incomplete, unfinished, buggy and the support is extremely slow"
What do you like best about Captiv8?

We used this platform daily for a year.

The people and level of support throughout the onboarding process were very helpful.

The creator support team was helpful in recruiting and assisting current affiliates and creators.

The implementation and setup were straightforward. Getting going was fairly simple.

Integrating with our system was pretty easy, but the depth of data we could pass was limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Captiv8?

We used this platform daily for a year.

Price/value: The platform is expensive and overpriced, even for a $100m business.

Analytics and data: Very poor. Even basic data, like mapping affiliate commissions to orders, is disconnected. Specifically, payments were a complete nightmare. Every month, we paid thousands of dollars to affiliates and creators, but verifying order data was manual and required a lot of time and guesswork. The lack of visibility into performance led to significant delays and frustration in paying affiliates and creators.

Communication tools: Very poor and unusable. If you're communicating with more than a few affiliates/creators, you are better off relying on other third-party tools to facilitate. Many automated emails (like assigning voucher codes) contained errors in placeholders and spelling/grammar (no way to edit these yourself).

If your business runs an affiliate program, this is not the tool for you. You're better off using an established affiliate solution for a fraction of the cost. The solution overall felt like a startup that was still building basic features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
