I find the real time data that Capacity Analyzer provides on resource usage useful. I can quickly get a glance of how my team is distributed across various projects, so that I can be able to make changes to ensure that my team is not overworked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a problem with the reporting aspect of Capacity Analyzer. This means that I have to spend more time in other programmes trying to massage data into the form that would be useful for decision making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
