**What do you like best about Camelo?**

Schedule updates and repeating/updating shifts week to week are simple and easy to manage. The company has been very responsive to user requests and in the several months we've used the tool we've already seen improvement.

**What do you dislike about Camelo?**

Areas that need work are notifications, managing multiple schedule locations and the poor mobile performance.

**What do you like best about Camelo?**

THe app makes it easy to schedule shifts for my team and notify about new shifts. We can chat to communicate changes. There's various options to punch in and out and the recorded worked hours are accurate. A huge plus is the app is aesthetically pleasing, which my team really enjoys. Everything is smooth so far.

**What do you dislike about Camelo?**

Would be better if they integrated with some other software like Slack or payroll apps

**What problems is Camelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to schedule on paper and it's hard to arrange shifts and let my team know if there's changes. Calculating work hours is manual too so sometimes there are miscalculations. And we used to communicate using WhatsApp but people miss messages a lot. When we use Camelo, we can create schedules quickly and update changes to the whole team right away. Work hours are calculated precisely. And there's a chat feature too so we don't need to use anything else.

**What do you like best about Camelo?**

Wah, this app really make my life easier. Before, doing schedule for the team was so sian—always take so much time, always got mistakes. But Camelo? Everything in one place—scheduling, timesheets, task tracking, even labor forecasting. Super easy to use, don’t need to click here click there until blur.

Best part? Their support damn solid. Anytime I ask something, they reply super fast. And they really listen—see so many new features come out since I started using.

**What do you dislike about Camelo?**

Eh, honestly? Nothing much to complain. Everything works well so far.

**What problems is Camelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before use Camelo, every week must spend hours fixing schedule, chasing people, making sure shifts covered. Now? Everything faster, more organized, team also happier ‘cos they know their shifts clearly. Even payroll also easier. Less stress, more shiok.

**What do you like best about Camelo?**

Keeping up with schedules in a busy hospital is no joke, but Camelo has made it a whole lot simpler. Everything’s in one place—scheduling, timesheets, task tracking—you name it. It’s easy to use, which is a big deal when you don’t have time to waste clicking around.

Also, their customer support is excellent. They respond fast, and they actually listen when you suggest something. I’ve seen them add new features based on feedback, which is rare these days.

**What do you dislike about Camelo?**

So far, none. It’s been a smooth experience.

**What problems is Camelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Camelo, scheduling was a mess. It took forever, and keeping track of shift changes was a hassle. Now, it’s quick, clear, and way less stressful. Everyone knows when they’re working, and payroll runs smoother too. Saves us time and headaches.

Customization can be tricky and while it was easy as a new user, finding things took a little time.

I need to submit a timesheet weekly and this is the product that we use.

**What do you like best about Camelo?**

The clean interface makes it easy to arrange shifts and schedules for my team. I can take into account employee availability, time off, schedule conflicts while scheduling. I get noti about who's late or not show up. The recorded timesheets are accurate too. I can share updates and chat with my team right away if I want. Above all, their support is fantastic. Fast, responsive, and straightforward. They also welcome suggestions. LOVE IT!

**What do you dislike about Camelo?**

I haven't encountered any big issues with the app. It does what it's supposed to do and it does it well. The team also updates the app regularly and responds quickly to my questions.

**What do you like best about Camelo?**

Almost all of the features in Camelo app are helpful for my team. Scheduling, chat and time tracking are those we use the most, but I find other features like file attachment or time off requests are super useful. The customer support is good and they always answer all of my questions. The app is so easy to use, it took me just a few days to get familiar with it.

So far it's all good, nothing I will complain about this app.

Honestly? No real complaints. It does what it’s supposed to do.

Just tried Camelo for a few months, but I have to say it has been the best choice for our team so far. The scheduling feature is so easy to use, and it helps me keep an overview of who is available for shifts. Clocking in and out using camera is helpful in preventing cheating tbh. The support team is friendly and always answers my questions. Highly recommend!

The best part? Their customer support. Any time I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to respond. And they’re not just answering tickets—they actually listen to feedback and roll out updates fast.

Honestly, not much. It’s been smooth so far.

Camelo is a CRM that is user friendly & aesthetically pleasing too which for me is a HUGE BONUS!
Customer support has been top notch & it was so easy to implement for both myself, my business but my team too! It has integrated into our business model with ease & we now use it daily to roster & schedule our staff.

I dont dislike anything about Camelo - It is honestly one of the better CRMS I have used & I have tried a few!

Camelo has allowed me to easily manage shifts within my team with ease & one touch system. 
Camelo also took on my feedback & installed the ability to function one step better & make my life as a business owner all the more easier within a 24hour timeframe - impressive!

Camelo offers various features such as planning schedules, dividing duties, and messaging with team members... at a very reasonable price.
The support team is absolutely helpful - they will consider every problem you raise and provide solutions.

So far, I've had no issues, as the development team quickly resolves all concerns.

Ease of use in writing and maintaining schedules. Learning curve is short for this peice.

Message alerts in app dont send users to the message they received the alert about, but it does mark the message as read.  Makes messages hard to find when youre managing a team.

Tracking attendance of assistants who have sporadic shifts
