**What do you like best about CALLBEAT?**

What I value most about CALLBEAT is the ease with which it allowed us to migrate our outdated infrastructure to IP Telephony. As administrative staff, dealing with cables and physical hardware was a nightmare. With their Cloud PBX system, we were able to set up extensions directly on our sales team's cell phones through their app.

The intelligent routing and virtual receptionist (IVR) work perfectly; if a salesperson is busy, the call goes to the next available one, ensuring that the customer never hears a busy line. It is an essential platform for businesses in Mexico and LATAM.

**What do you dislike about CALLBEAT?**

At the moment we have not had any failures on the platform, but we will continue testing. What I can tell you is that the biggest initial challenge was the resistance to change. Getting the sales team to stop using the plastic desktop phone and to trust 100% in the Virtual Switchboard from their cell phone took a couple of days of adaptation. Beyond that learning curve, the Cloud Telephony service has not had any interruptions.

**What problems is CALLBEAT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem being solved is the loss of prospects and sales due to communication issues. Previously, if the staff was out of the office or busy with other things, the client would not receive a response. Now, thanks to CALLBEAT's IP Telephony, the operation has improved. Our team has total mobility to work from home or in the field while always maintaining the company's official number. This not only saved us costs on technical maintenance but also increased our sales closing rate.
