# Which financial aid software platforms allow staff to review applications as families would see them during verification?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Curious how the financial aid software community reads this one. Vendor pages describe parent portals and staff dashboards in detail, but none say whether staff can flip to the family's view when a parent calls confused mid-verification. This is a more important feature than vendor pages suggest. When a parent calls saying the portal won&#39;t let them submit, the support call takes three times longer if staff can&#39;t see the same screen. FACTS and Blackbaud both have separate staff dashboards, which makes this question genuinely hard to answer without a demo.
