What do you like best about C3 Reservations?

I love how C3 Reservations allows us to manage our daily capacity and provides data on carriers. This helps our warehouse teams avoid being overwhelmed. I appreciate the dashboards and the real-time visibility it provides. Being able to have variable appointment durations depending on the number of pallets and products is also very useful. As a new manager of the Supply Chain Customer Service team at Home Depot, I often submitted tickets to ask questions. What do you like best about C3 Reservations?

I propose to C3 to review their approach with their clients regarding verbal communication. I find it is nice to open Jiras on Jiras, but it is easier to solve problems verbally than to constantly write to each other without understanding each other at times. What do you like best about C3 Reservations?

The reporting features are by far the best benefit of this program. I can track service failures, successes and create a budget for the future based on almost instantaneous results. The flexibility to configure the reports allows us to quickly provide detailed information easily to our internal team and our customers.
