**What do you like best about ByRATINGS?**

ByRatings has really been a game changer for my sales and marketing strategies. Thanks to the customized scoring model, we've improved our lead management by designing a specific approach for each category of leads, helping us to boost our efficiency and ROI.
This AI-powered solution is easy to use as it has been integrated with our existing CRM software via a conector. The ByRatings team is also super talented, supportive and always there to help.

**What do you dislike about ByRATINGS?**

Honestly, I haven't had any major issues. Transitioning to an AI-powered solution and having everyone adopting it was somewhat challenging but with the help of the ByRatings team's onboarding and training, we are now able to get the most out of this tool.

**What problems is ByRATINGS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us an accurate lead qualification system, and helps us to increase sales by focusing our efforts on the leads that are more likely to convert.
It also helps us in acquiring higher-quality leads thanks to its integration with the Ads platforms we use (Google and Meta).
