## Bynder Reviews
 ### 1. Fast, Responsive UI with Powerful Tagging for Better Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben H. | Content Strategy Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The ability to tag various asset properties will allow our team to easily find assets related to our projects. Often the folder structure of platforms doesn't lend itself for other to find thing easily, and being able to have buckets for different properties is helpful.
I am not a decision-maker so I can't speak to the value we receive for the price but I know it will greatly help our team's collaboration.
UI/UX is relatively fast and responsive.
Onboarding was very helpful and great for real-time feedback on all our questions, Francine was great!
We're looking forward to implementing + using the Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator integration, as we hope that will save time uploading + re-uploading files.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Having used a folder structure platform all my life it's been a learning curve learning how Bynder organizes files, so at the moment I'm not sure about what I dislike yet.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have our entire team create and use the same taxonomy for all our assets will be very helpful. Since much of our organization centers on people's health journeys, the ability to have AI recognize and organize photos will be a big time-saver.
Also the ability for non-admins/editors to have basic level access to our files will streamline communications.

 ### 2. Easy Asset Discovery and Fantastic Onboarding with Bynder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie C. | Senior Brand Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The filter structure within Bynder makes it incredibly easy to find assets, especially compared with relying on a folder structure. I also really like the preview function, along with related assets and collections—overall, everything is straightforward to locate. Also, Bynder Express and the support onboarding process are fantastic too - special mention to Oceane Muroni who was very helpful and clearly guided us through the process.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

There aren’t many, but having more best-practice examples from similar industries would have been helpful for the taxonomy and derivatives. We did see a couple, but more would've been great. Also, there are a few add-ons, like CX Omnichannel, which look fantastic but come at an extra cost.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It serves as a single source of truth for the latest, approved brand assets, helping both our internal and external teams stay consistent with brand collateral. Assets are easy to find and use, which should hopefully lead to stronger brand health over time.

 ### 3. Powerful, Flexible DAM with Excellent Onboarding and AI Search

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Senior Manager of Creative Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder is an incredibly capable platform. The interface can be as simple or as complex as you need it to be, which has worked well for our team. With the number of product combinations we manage, it was important for us to tag everything in our images accurately and build automations that support the tagging workflow. Bynder offered those capabilities, and our onboarding agent, Skye Silver, helped build everything out expertly. With over 8,000 assets currently in the bank, the natural-language AI search has also performed extremely well, making it quick and easy to find the right assets, and integrate them into the platforms we use everyday.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Some of Bynder’s customization options feel a bit archaic and out of date. For instance, they advertise using FontAwesome icons, but they only support up to version 4 (they’re on version 7 now). Reordering SmartFilters is also clunky: instead of being able to drag and drop them like objects, you have to use a numbering system. On top of that, you have to save each individual filter every time you make a change, which makes even small adjustments feel unnecessarily tedious. It also might just be our portal (because of the sheer volume of assets) but the speed of the portal can feel a bit sluggish at times.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit of Bynder for my team is the time it saves us. We’re no longer being asked to track down and resize an asset from two years ago for someone in marketing; they’re fully capable of finding it themselves and downloading exactly what they need. It's all about self-service for us.

 ### 4. Bynder Brought New Life to Our Asset Library—Fantastic Onboarding and Collections

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa C. | Studio Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder has given a whole new life into our asset collection. Coming from a folder system, filters felt overwhelming but our incredible on-boarding team, Francine Rodriguez Irizarry and Rachel Jang, held our hands and helped us transition smoothly. I'm most excited about collections - they're going to be incredibly helpful to our campus community especially with assets that are requested frequently. I love the safety of the portal and that collections can be shared with those not in Bynder.

Francine and Rachel brought kindness and knowledge to every meeting. They were consistent with their optimism and generous with their time.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

We had one instance when the migration hit a snag - the migrated assets were picking up meta properties to assets that we hadn't applied them to but we worked through it with Francine Rodriguez Irizarry and Rachel Jang and came up with a solution. They were gracious and invested in fixing the issue.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think sharing assets with collections is going the be the biggest time saver. Before we ran into issues with permissions and the person we shared with could see them but couldn't download or people were requesting one image at a time to download. There was always a lot of back and forth but Bynder is more streamlined and accessible.

 ### 5. Excellent onboarding, Intuitive Platform, Transformative for Decentralized Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thalía R. | Communications Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The onboarding experience was excellent. Bynder's team helped us configure the DAM to fit our specific workflows and metadata needs. The ability to create custom user guides within the system has been a huge plus for driving adoption. Because the interface is intuitive, staff training was easier than expected. Whether someone uses the platform every day or just once a month, they can navigate it confidently without a steep learning curve. That ease of use had a ripple effect we didn't fully anticipate. Internal asset sharing increased significantly, reducing back-and-forth emails and messages that used to slow teams down. The platform also integrates smoothly into our existing systems, making the transition far less disruptive than we expected.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

At first, the asset bank can feel overwhelming because there is so much content. This is really a challenge of scale, not a problem with the platform itself. We solved it by focusing on search and filters during staff training, and once people get used to it, managing the content becomes easier. The bigger issue is that there is no synonym support for tags. In every other DAM I have used, you can connect synonyms so that searching for "fall" also brings up assets tagged "autumn." Without this feature, managing tags takes a lot more work, and users might miss important assets just because they searched for a different word.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is helping us solve the problem of working in silos without a central place for our assets. Before we started using Bynder, teams worked on their own, kept assets to themselves, and often didn’t know what other departments had. This caused us to buy the same stock and graphic assets more than once, and staff spent a lot of time searching for materials in different places. Now, with one searchable source, we’re already seeing better sharing and more teamwork across departments.

In addition to centralizing our assets, we use Bynder to make sure we handle photo metadata in a consistent way, which helps us fix an ongoing compliance problem. Before, we didn’t always follow image licensing rules, and staff often weren’t sure about the terms for each asset. Bynder lets us attach licensing details right to each asset, so everyone can easily see how an image can or can’t be used. This reduces risk and makes asset management much clearer.

 ### 6. Bynder Onboarding Made Our Migration Clear, Organized, and Confident

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corie R. | Manager, Content Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Working with the Bynder onboarding team made a significant difference in the success of our migration. Rachel and Melissa were consistently helpful, collaborative, and approachable throughout the process. They helped turn what initially felt like a very large and overwhelming project into something that was clear, organized, and manageable.

Their ability to explain complex steps in a straightforward way, stay organized, and respond thoughtfully to questions gave our team confidence as we moved through each phase of the migration. We really appreciated their professionalism and steady partnership from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

No major issues to note related to the onboarding and migration experience.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is helping us centralize and better govern our digital assets, addressing challenges with inconsistent tagging, poor findability, and fragmented storage. The platform has improved search, clarified standards, and given us a more scalable way to manage assets as more teams adopt the system, resulting in greater efficiency and confidence in how content is shared and used.

 ### 7. Looks Better, Easier to Design, and Simple to Navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra B. | Marketing Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Everything - we had an old dam and an old hub and this whole experience just works better for our team, but also for our dealers. it looks better, it's easier to design on the back end, it's easier to navigate on the front end.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

My only downside would be design limitations on the landing pages, but we are working around them.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to replace our old dam and hub. We had an outdated hub that was never up to date, difficult to add to, we had no way of customizing or adding/changing things. The dealers on the front end hated it as well. I did'n't mind our dam that much, but it was attached to our parent company and has its own flaws.

 ### 8. Easy to Use with Powerful AI Search

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine J. | DAM Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Ease of use. AI search functionality. Upload for approval.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Too much clicking. Not able to automatically register users (unless you have SSO).

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old DAM was not user friendly. It took a lot of time to train users and to use the system in general.

Bynder's user-friendly platform and AI search functionality makes the uploading, downloading, searching, and sharing of assets much simpler and quicker.
Many of our partners don't have capacity to upload content, so the upload for approval functionality has empowered them to have creators and partners upload for approval, saving them time.
Our content was scattered across our DAM, Google Drive, our shared drive, etc. Bynder has allowed us to store everything in one place.
We were often sending industry to multiple places (corporate website, google drive, etc.) to access brand resources. Now we're able to create custom pages to house brand tools in Bynder.

 ### 9. Customizable and User-Friendly Asset Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meghan L. | Lifeguard Instructor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really love how Bynder allows me to build out my own custom taxonomy, which makes tagging and filtering assets a lot more user-friendly and helps me find what I'm looking for easily. I also love the ability to create collections, share them externally, and manage those collections by adding expiration dates or deciding if they should be public or downloadable. This gives us a lot of flexibility in sharing our assets. I really enjoy the AI search feature, which lets me search using common language and finds relevant assets through the custom tagging AI tool, reducing manual work. I also enjoy the upload presets that allow me to preload settings. I really enjoy the user interface as well.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I really enjoy the user interface, but I think there are, like, some small buggy things that could be improved. For example, when you're setting expiration dates on collection links, if you're trying to toggle through the months the height of the calendar changes, so you have to, like, move your cursor for each month. Which is a little annoying.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I store and share creative assets internally and externally using Bynder, which includes our logos, branding, and sales materials.

 ### 10. Tagging Made Easy, Seamless Navigation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria A. | Manager, Marketing Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Our team really likes Bynder's ability to tag content clearly and consistently, which makes a big difference. It's also nice that there's no folder structure. This makes it easy for our advisors and clients to quickly navigate to the content pieces they're looking for. The lack of folder structure helps because typically folder names may not align exactly with the content they contain. Using tags allows us to accurately identify all content pieces, and it helps our clients and advisors quickly navigate to those pieces through accurate tags rather than complex or historical knowledge folders. Our onboarding experience was great as well, with Sandra and Grace doing a wonderful job guiding us clearly and setting expectations.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Nothing to report

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Bynder as a content DAM to organize and track content efficiently. Its tagging system and absence of a folder structure help us and our clients navigate content accurately and quickly.

 ### 11. Seamless Onboarding, Robust Asset Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christy G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really appreciate Bynder's ability to help us build our taxonomy from the ground up, which allowed us to understand the infrastructure of our asset bank better. It's great to control assets and users more effectively, and the dedicated account manager is very responsive. The onboarding process was really easy and thorough, thanks to Andrea and Grace who listened to our pain points. I like how the asset bank is a flat structure, so there’s no need to fumble around with folders within folders. The many available integrations are something we're looking forward to exploring, especially the Shopify integration. Adding users is easy, and the mass upload feature worked really well. I find the impersonation tool within user management and presets within asset loading incredibly helpful, as they save our Asia team a lot of time by not having to enter metadata.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I wish that in the supporting documents that can be uploaded into a new brief there was a quick view function, but we have to fully download each document, which is just an added step.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder helps us understand and build our asset bank infrastructure, control assets and users better, and provides a responsive dedicated account manager. I appreciate the easy onboarding, flat asset bank structure, user management tools like impersonation, and presets that save time on metadata.

 ### 12. Central Hub with AI Search and Clean UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crysta P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I like Bynder's AI search feature, which makes it easier for me to find the right images and people in them when I search. The ability to create a homepage and targeted pages is really helpful for providing a centralized hub where other users can easily access and download resources. I'm also a fan of the taxonomy and clean user interface that Bynder offers.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

A big problem is I would like to download multiple items at a certain size and I haven't found a way to do that- let's say I wanted to resize 36 images at 1200x1000 but I would have to do this for each asset first. In our Brandfolder there were options for downloading a large, medium, and small or custom sizes. It's helpful since we upload the largest size into the platform and usually, I'm not downloading that. It was a lot of work uploading all of our assets piecemeal during initial setup.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder helps me find the right images and people quickly. It allows creating a homepage for easy resource access and download. The AI search, homepage creation, taxonomy, and clean UI all support these functions.

 ### 13. Streamlined Brand Management with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe A. | Lead Creative Manager (Image Studio), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really appreciate the world-class support and onboarding team at Bynder. They're truly second to none and made the setup process incredibly easy, providing clear instructions, milestones, and expectations. I love the intuitive and user-friendly UI, as well as the AI-powered 'smart' search. The powerful analytics and reporting features are also standout elements for me.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I would improve the Assessment/Vetting stage a bit. When we first started testing to see what we could do with the tool, we were kinda left to our own devices. Meaning, if we ran into a snag, we were unaware if it was a glitch with the tooling OR a gap in our knowledge in how the tool worked. It's a small thing but could be impactful, for future suitors to do a quick training (as opposed to an overview) on the major functions.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bynder to eliminate asset chaos, improve brand consistency, avoid outdated content, reduce creative bottlenecks, assess asset value, and integrate my tech stack efficiently.

 ### 14. Easy-to-Use, Robust DAM with Thoughtful Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The platform is easy to use, and I have found my knowledge transferable from other DAMs I have used in the past. The onboarding experience has been a breeze and so well thought out. It's truly appreciated. The AI functions on the platform help our users search however they can for what they need and still come up with relevant assets.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

There really hasn't been anything negative I have found. The platform is robust, and it does take some getting used to all the different features to use it to its fullest.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had been struggling with assets across various platforms, and there was no single source for our franchise owners to locate all assets. Secondly, through their studio, Bynder is providing templates and designs that our franchise owners can use and customize while ensuring we are all within brand standards.

 ### 15. Bynder Makes Asset Management Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter M. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

We have reviewed a few different digital assets management systems while we heard that Webdam was being sunset and ended up choosing Bynder. I'm very please with how the process is going and choosing this dam.

While onboarding to Bynder, Rachel Jang was a huge help to make this process so easy for our team. We were able to use the migration tool to transition all of our assets from Webdam to Bynder. This was a huge help in saving our team time and make the whole process smooth. All of our Bynder reps were able to answer all questions for us during this time and were very knowledgeable.

Bynder is able to store all of our assets and make them available for download to our internal and external teams. We also will use the public links to add assets on our website. This will allow for an even better brand alignment across all teams and external groups. We are able to have fast access to all assets stored in one place. It's also very helpful to have the Adobe connector to be able to use since most of the users who will be uploading assets to Bynder will utilize that tool on a daily basis. We no longer have to store assets on our company server, which we did in the past.

Bynder is very intuitive for first time users. This will lead to a quick team adoption to the dam, and help reduce the training time. It's very easy to search, filter, and find what you are looking for in Bynder. I also find the duplicate option to be very helpful our team can explore assets that we have multiples of. Ultimately, I am confident in Bynder and the opportunities it will be able to offer our team the more time we explore the system.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

There are not too many things that I have found challenging with Bynder. However, there are some times where it lags and I will have to refresh my page. One feature I think will be very helpful to add is to be able to print right on the system instead of having to download an asset and print that way. It can also take a lot of time to add all metadata to the assets. Overall, there are not many things that I have found I dislike.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder allows all assets to be in one place and we able to find what you are looking for. Bynder allows our team to easily search for assets that span across multiple business lines. We are able to store everything together and know that it is the one source of the truth. We have many different teams that will be using Bynder, such as regulatory, product specialist, and sales. They will all have access to Bynder and be able to look for what they need and self serve however they please. We are able to store multiple versions of an asset if we need to go back and look at it, which is very helpful for our marketing team.

 ### 16. Seamless Asset Management with AI Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angie D. | Content & Distribution , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I definitely love the AI facial recognition feature in Bynder. It makes research so much easier, especially when dealing with loads of photos from events across various locations. I can just search a face or name instead of remembering specific event details. I also really like the option to customize the home page and create multiple landing pages, which ensures easy navigation and makes it very user-friendly for our team members. The initial setup was very easy, thanks in large part to the support and weekly onboarding meetings.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

There is nothing yet! Still in early use.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder provides an organized way to store our company's assets. The AI facial recognition makes finding specific photos easier, and customizable landing pages enhance usability. We switched for its metadata organization and AI features, which are particularly helpful with our global team's needs.

 ### 17. Exceptional Support and Seamless Bynder Implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miriam L. | Data Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Moe’s Home Collection implemented the Bynder DAM platform in 2025, and the experience was highly successful. The Bynder team was extremely responsive and supportive, helping us meet a very tight implementation timeline while maintaining a collaborative and professional approach. Throughout the transition from our previous DAM to Bynder, the team demonstrated a strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities and worked closely with us to understand our specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Any issues that we had were minimal. Any larger issues they addressed or provided a possible solution. There was never a “no”—only thoughtful, solution-driven recommendations, including the implementation of Activo Connect, which further enhanced our overall capabilities.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We found that we needed to replace the DAM solution we had, which was not meeting our needs. During the implementation, the Bynder team consistently shared industry best practices, welcomed our feedback, and ensured the solution was tailored to our business. Even under tight deadlines, all interactions remained friendly, organized, and professional. Andrea and Rachel were outstanding partners throughout the process. Their collaborative approach, guidance, and attention to detail helped ensure the implementation not only met our needs but exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed working with the Bynder team and would confidently recommend both the platform and their implementation support.

 ### 18. It's giving Maximizing efficiencies to increase stakeholder value

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

It's very comprehensive compared to other DAM services. The onboarding process was also very thorough. They walk you through everything and give a lot of resources, which made things easy.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The only significant downside is that it's quite costly. However, the sales team was very helpful with suggestions to keep costs down and flexibility with adding integrations after signing. From comparing other services, I've gathered it's a "you get what you pay for" situation. So, I think it is worth the cost. I can see this as a deal breaker for other companies though.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem that Bynder is solving is having a consistent location for photos and important files that also avoids duplication. It's much easier than digging through a ton of folders and saves a lot of time.

 ### 19. Simplified Tagging, Needs Improved Search

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I like that the tagging and organization in Bynder is a simpler exercise than with other competitors, making it intuitive so anyone on the team can find assets fast. I also appreciate the ability to share kits and collections, which keeps stakeholders from drowning in files they don't need, and allows them to search by any term imaginable. Once we passed the knowledge curve, the setup was incredibly easy.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Search can be inconsistent and seem to take its own shot on things and not be super accurate. Also, the ability to crop and resize images could be easier.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder helps in sharing and organizing creative assets. It provides flexible searchability across teams, simplifies tagging and organization, and allows sharing kits to prevent stakeholders from dealing with unnecessary files.

 ### 20. Exceptionally User-Friendly Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Odaris I. | Creative Director for Marketing and Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

What I like best about Bynder is its flexibility and the way it can be tailored to support our specific workflows and organizational needs. The platform is intuitive, scalable, and provides a centralized, reliable source of truth for our assets, which is critical given the volume and variety of content we manage.

Equally important is the level of partnership and support from the Bynder team. Their responsiveness, patience, and willingness to collaborate—especially when challenges arose—made the onboarding process productive and reassuring. That combination of a strong product and a supportive team is what stands out most to me.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

At this stage, most of the challenges we’ve encountered have been less about the product itself and more about the complexity of migrating a large volume of legacy assets and aligning internal workflows. There is a learning curve, particularly during onboarding and configuration, and some processes could benefit from clearer guidance or more streamlined documentation.

That said, the Bynder team has been receptive to feedback and flexible in helping us work through these challenges, which has made a meaningful difference.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is solving the challenge of managing, organizing, and distributing a high volume of digital assets across multiple teams and stakeholders consistently and securely. It provides a centralized source of truth, reduces versioning issues, and ensures assets are easily searchable and accessible while maintaining brand governance.

This has benefited us by improving efficiency, reducing time spent searching for or recreating assets, and strengthening brand consistency across print and digital communications. It also supports better collaboration between creative, marketing, and external partners, allowing our team to focus more on strategy and creative work rather than asset management logistics.

 ### 21. It is a fascinating tool with a lot of potential that allows to elevate brand management.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carmen M. | Project manager de la plataforma, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I have always liked its ability to customize and configure functionalities. Additionally, I love each of Bynder's updates; they always take customer service into account. But recently, I am very happy with the Brand Module section (or CX community as it is now called). It's great and we have used it to transfer my client's entire brand book, and now everything is unified in the DAM.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Sometimes, I feel that there is more potential than we can access or that some functionalities sell more hope than what they actually deliver in the end. For example, the brand module seemed like a panacea, but then we had to personally find shortcuts and deal with complications of simple things because they couldn't be done or that functionality didn't exist. But well, little by little all the tools are improving.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, it facilitates a complete workflow, especially with the integration of the new module: organized and tagged assets that already comply with the branding are uploaded to unify the materials used by all departments and countries, templates are created in Studio based on the branding, and now the branding itself can be reviewed. Everything is connected and integrated in the DAM, which facilitates and improves the production of digital or commercial campaigns and assets. Hopefully, in the future, we will have the content workflow module with AI options, then it will be ideal.

 ### 22. Potential for Bynder’s AI-Powered Search and Tagging to Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder is a great platform that utilizes AI to offer natural language search to enhance their experience. That saves significant time in the upload and tagging process since it recognizes people, things, colors, sports, genders without having to manually select. It also allows us better right management in our photos since we can tag someone by their name and later remove access from those images if a rights issue arises.

The people I've been able to work with in the sales and onboarding side have also been extremely pleasant. Grace Nelson was so kind and helpful at every stage of onboarding. Her walk-throughs were enjoyable and relevant to our platform and team. Ryan Kelly was a great sales person to work with. He was extremely flexible and supportive as we took careful consideration of how to switch from another provider to Bynder.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Many of the components in the build of the guidelines site are really basic. I wish I had more capabilities for the color swatches, quotes, callouts, links, custom navigation within landing pages and do/do-not columns for good and bad how-tos.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our current guidelines and DAM provider doesn't offer much for AI capabilities and rights management. I'm hopeful Bynder's AI features continue to grow and we're able to automate even more.

 ### 23. Effortless Asset Management, Intuitive Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alon S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really like Bynder's intuitive interface. It's great that there is no folder structure, which makes it much easier to find things using the simple search. Uploading and downloading assets is very straightforward, and I don't have to worry about end users not being able to locate what they're looking for. Explaining how to use Bynder is quick and easy, whether it's about uploading or accessing assets. I also had a great experience with the setup, as it was smooth sailing thanks to our onboarding manager, Carina Krause, who guided us expertly through the process.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I haven't come across anything that is an issue at this stage, but tags could be suggested upfront based on images.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder solves the problem of storing assets and provides availability to a broad audience. It's very intuitive with no folder structure and a simple search, allowing easy upload and download without worrying that users won't find what they need.

 ### 24. Versatile DAM with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danyel S. | Director of Marketing Technology, Strategy, & Innovation | MarTech Strategy | DXP & AI Strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I find Bynder highly flexible and easy to work with. I appreciate features like AI and natural language search, which enable users across the organization to quickly find the right assets using familiar descriptors. The AI facial tagging supports employee lifecycle management, allowing for automated flagging and editing of assets as needed. The technical configuration was fairly easy, and with the team's support, we were able to set up an MVP instance in 8 weeks.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Landing page design features could be easier to use.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder provides centralized asset storage and simplifies asset management with editing, versioning, and syndication. It enhances employee lifecycle management with AI features and easy asset searching through natural language. Integration with platforms supports external and internal asset sharing.

 ### 25. Streamlined Asset Management with Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really appreciate Bynder's granular filter options and clever search functions that save me a lot of time when sourcing assets. It makes it very easy to make and share collections. The customer service is excellent, with quick help for any issue, especially from Timon. I also like the custom homepage that allows creating a tailored user experience, making it easy to access the latest assets. The initial setup was easy because the onboarding team were amazing.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Searching for multiple SKUs needs to be a lot easier. I wish there was a specific option for multi-search to allow multiple filters on top of each other, or a way to copy and paste SKUs from an excel sheet that can be automatically searched through AI.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bynder for storing and distributing imagery and video for marketing and trade. Its granular filter options and clever search functions save me time sourcing assets, making it easy to create and share collections.

 ### 26. Efficient Archiving with Seamless Adobe Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** molly z.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I appreciate Bynder for the ability to tag images and collateral, which makes finding them quick and easy. It's great for archiving old material that we don't want to use regularly but need access to for specific needs. Bynder also streamlined and specified our intake process, making it easier for images to be input into the system with specific data required across the company. Additionally, Bynder's integration with Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus for us. It allows us to link images directly to InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator using LinkrUI, without downloading them and cluttering our servers.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Don't have any dislikes

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bynder to archive and share photo and branding collateral. It solves the problem of finding relevant images and makes it quick to find tagged items. Bynder streamlined our intake process, making image input and retrieval more efficient across the company.

 ### 27. Bynder makes our lives easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder seamlessly allows our company to use the most up-to-date digital assets and ensures our brand maintains a cohesive look and feel. It's almost like our own custom-made Google search for all of our digital assets.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Truthfully, I have yet to find something that I dislike about Bynder. The training is extensive because Bynder is extensive—while I could have fiddled around and figured things out, it was comforting knowing I was meeting each week with an expert who knows their way around the system.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is our one-stop-shop for all things digital asset related. Departments at our company will no longer be sending out and using 10+ year old photos for marketing materials. Bynder also allows us to see who in our company is using our assets and allows us to manage what's being shared.

 ### 28. Assets Migrated Smoothly, but the Move to Bynder Took Longer Than Promised

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline F. | Marketing Communications Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I liked that Bynder already had all of our assets from WebDam.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

There were a few elements that I think were over sold when we signed our contract to move to Bynder. We were told it would be a quicker process for one.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is solving having an easy to use all in one asset management system that has clear roles and permissions. This allows for individual use without having to bug other team members.

 ### 29. LUMENE BrandHub taxonomy refresh - Feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jakob R. | Digital Graphic Desinger, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Easy asset access and metadata-based filtering instead of folder structure which makes it scalable and caters for API solutions. The Bynder team has also showed excellent service and goal oriented customer support.

When LUMENE crafted a new taxonomy to include more brands in the scope, Marlot and her team was excellent in their technical ability to find best solutions and always made the meetings and stages engaging which made the otherwise tedious tasks easy.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Some of the administrative features can be quite hard to intuitively understand if they cause conflicting results. Fx. if metadata options are hidden for certain groups it may or may not conflict with another group and the only way of knowing is to live test or reach out to customer success manager which slows down the configuration process.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effortlessly store and manage assets for distribution across brands, functions and external partners. It also offers a solution for asset rights management.

 ### 30. Streamlined Asset Management, Minor Link Building Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Genevieve C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I like how Bynder allows the use of landing pages to guide people in using assets effectively. I also appreciate being able to track the usage through analytics, which helps us understand what assets to produce more of and which ones are not being used. The landing pages help vendors, buyers, and retailers to use assets more frequently and in a more impactful way, which is beneficial for us. It's good for adoption.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The link building. It is a very clunky process on the custom link builder site. I did it several times, and it didn't work and resorted to the Chrome version.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bynder to organize assets and keep them up to date, showing taxonomy clearly. It helps share assets in an impactful, visually attractive way with a clear product hierarchy. Landing pages guide usage effectively and analytics track asset engagement.

Ease of use, the support and onboarding, improvements in consolidating digital assets along with finding assets

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Have not experienced any downsides at this time

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting assets from merchants as they are used in marketing materials for Paze; organization of digital assets; storage of larger files

 ### 32. Dynamic Photo Sorting with Custom Taxonomy in Bynder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder provides a dynamic way to sort and find photos with a custom taxonomy/filtering system.
Customer support has been far and away the best part of onboarding us to Bynder. Rachel Jang and
Francine Rodriguez Irizarry were instrumental in helping us work out some kinks and give us the best process to migrate our assets.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

We haven’t gotten much further than onboarding yet, so I don’t think I can give a solid answer at this point.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is making it easier to create collections and share photos with people in, and more importantly, outside the system in our organization.

 ### 33. Intuitive DAM with Outstanding AI Search and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

We needed a solution to house all our most recent marketing materials for our internal and external clients, and Bynder perfectly fulfills that need. With its advanced AI searching, I no longer need to dig through folders to find references to a word or phrase that I need to update. I love that Bynder offers great support, an excellent product, and probably the best AI-based tools out of all the DAMs I compared.

The onboarding experience was great and made it easy to ask questions during live trainings as things came up. Out of the other DAM vendors, Bynder stood out as a superior product with ongoing support large enough to handle the requests. They also appear to be committed to building out and expanding its features.

The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the help of our orientation experts, Sandra and Andrea. I also like that we can integrate Bynder with our Adobe Creative Cloud products. My team updates our "Vault" every day, so it's fantastic for our company to have a dedicated place to come to and trust that the latest and greatest is in place.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I wish you could tag people in videos but seems like something they will add later (or I didn't realize was already possible)

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder lets us store our marketing assets, ensuring everyone we want to share with has access to the latest materials. Its advanced AI searching means we no longer need to dig through folders to find references.

 ### 34. All-in-One Solution with Excellent Support and Easy Localization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

What I like most about Bynder is the ease of data searching, categorization, and – more recently – the adaptation of our marketing materials into local languages through Bynder Studio. I love that we can have this full package in one place. I really appreciate the support from the Bynder Studio team, especially Carina and Sven – not only during the onboarding sessions, but also whenever we need help or have additional questions. Their approach is very kind and friendly, which means a lot. Whenever we share any input, they take it as valuable insight. It's really great to see that they genuinely want to move things forward and improve the tool even further.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Bynder – and especially the Studio module – works well. In the beginning, we needed some time to get familiar with this new tool, but as we discovered its functions, the work became intuitive. If we have any further suggestions, the Bynder Studio team writes them down as new insights, which I see as a great benefit, because I can see that some of them have actually been implemented and are improving the work in Studio.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder solves our digital asset distribution needs, and more recently, also the adaptation of marketing materials into local languages – something that will be a great help for our local teams, as it allows them to rely less on external agencies. Thanks to Studio, they can handle many adjustments on their own, even without a professional graphic design background.

 ### 35. User-Friendly Tool Packed with Great Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicja B. | Specialist, Brand & Advertising within TBU, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The tool itself is very user-friendly and has many great features that we missed in the previous system.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

After the training, users sometimes confuse the Bynder Uploader with Bynder Express

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder helps us centralize and organize our digital assets in one place, making it much easier to find, share, and manage files. This saves time, improves collaboration across teams, and ensures everyone is using the most up-to-date and approved materials.

 ### 36. Bynder Centralizes Approved Assets and Keeps Teams Consistent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

What I like most about Bynder is that it brings everything together in one central place. It makes daily work much easier and ensures that everyone uses the latest, approved assets.

I also appreciate that you can build clear guidelines around naming conventions, metadata, and usage. When those guidelines are followed, the system works very smoothly and it becomes much easier to maintain consistency across markets and teams.

The onboarding with Carina Krause very helpful. A big thank you to her!

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Bynder works best when there are strong guidelines and clear governance in place. Without consistent naming conventions and metadata rules, the library can quickly become less structured.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder solves the issue of having assets stored in different places and not always knowing which version is the correct one. Before using a centralized system, it was easy to lose time searching for files or clarifying whether something was approved.

Now everything is in one place with clear guidelines for naming and metadata. This makes it much easier to find assets quickly and ensures that everyone works with the same, up-to-date materials. It also reduces back-and-forth between teams and helps keep the brand consistent across markets.

Overall, it simply brings more structure and saves time in daily work.

 ### 37. Effortless Asset Management and Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly L. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I find Bynder easy to use with a nice, clean, and simple look and feel. The onboarding process is great and the initial setup was super easy and very straightforward, with all training being very detailed. The search features and categories make it much easier to find certain images and assets compared to previous systems. It's a great tool for helping share and store creative assets within the company and externally.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

nothing

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bynder for asset storage, sharing assets, approval levels, and sharing with external parties. It's much better than file systems; search features and categories make finding images and assets easier. It's easy to use, has great onboarding, and the site's clean look and feel are nice.

 ### 38. Top-Notch, User-Friendly DAM with Unlimited Storage and Users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The usability of the system is its strong suit as well as the product suite and feature set is top notch. Having unlimited storage and unlimited users for example is something that is helpful for us, as well as the SaaS cloud-based service is something that we were looking for in a DAM product. The user-friendliness of the system will help with the adoption of the system by our users and reduce the training time required to onboard new users compared to our previous system.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Given the SaaS-based nature of the product, there have been a few instances where we wanted certain features that aren’t part of the current functionality, and there’s no way to obtain them through customization at this time. These are mostly quality-of-life and efficiency improvements, so we’ve shared them as requests through the community feedback channel.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Bynder to store, organize and share our various digital assets (images, videos, b-roll etc.) with our industry partners. We have several terabytes of media files that need to be stored and made available to our client users so Bynder helps us to do that efficiently and in way that aligns with our branding requirements.

 ### 39. A Great Hub for All Our Marketing Images

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew P. | Digital Marketing Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

It is a great place to house all important images that our Marketing needs/uses

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

It was a learning curve to learn the platform and it is expensive

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a centralized location for images/video that anyone on my marketing team can reference

 ### 40. Very User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** eleonora L. | Executive Director for Marketing and Communication, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The interface is very user-friendly, and assets are easy to find. I love the face identification feature. Our implementation team, Francine and Amanda, were excellent—very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely human: empathetic, funny, and flexible.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

It can be overwhelming when you have so many assets, but once you understand the filtering, is great.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebDam was our system and it is very clunky and slow. The system is a game changer for our team.

 ### 41. Taxomony that makes you excited to set up.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The team at Bynder was super helpful in the entire process. They showed me specific ways to solve each problem I had with my previous solution. I love how simple the platform is for my team to use.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I dont have any dislikes at the moment. The Bynder team and product met my needs every step of the way.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is streamlining the way we find and distribute assets to our clients. Before it was a brutal mess with several platforms that were siloed and often lost. This give my team and I an easy place to find everything we need when a client needs it.

 ### 42. Efficient Asset Management with Smooth Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shiwani T.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I find the mass upload option in Bynder extremely helpful, as it allows me to efficiently handle digital assets with precision by including all metadata details via a CSV file. This feature significantly reduces the time and effort required for managing large volumes of data, making my workload much more manageable. Additionally, I appreciate the AI search capability in Bynder. It stands out as a powerful tool that enhances my ability to locate and retrieve assets quickly and accurately, streamlining my overall workflow. My initial setup experience with Bynder was notably smooth, which speaks to its user-friendly design and efficient implementation process.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I dislike the lack of a feature in Bynder for managing duplicate entries effectively. There should be an option to handle duplicate assets by either replacing the existing file or creating a copy of it.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bynder for managing digital assets, allowing mass uploads with metadata via CSV, solving the challenge of updating data in bulk efficiently and enhancing asset searchability with AI technology.

 ### 43. Powerful Tool with Great Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I love that, as an administrator, I can access the settings and customize everything in Bynder, which makes management increasingly intuitive, and I am passionate about that technical aspect. I also really like Bynder's ability as a provider to always add new features and developments. Additionally, Bynder's ability to organize all assets in one space is invaluable to us, allowing us to homogenize the brand across different countries and departments, and share campaigns without the need to navigate through multiple folders. The existence of modules like Studio and Bynder Express integrated into the tool eliminates the need to use other platforms like Canva or WeTransfer, which really simplifies our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Regarding the homepage, it is problematic that the current configuration cannot be automatically transferred or copied to the new one, which implies recreating everything from scratch and is inefficient when there is a high workload. In Studio, it is frustrating that the undo option (UNDO) does not work properly and the video editor is complex to handle. Additionally, the audio editing capabilities are limited. The brand module (or cx community) presents difficulties by not allowing the editing of certain basic features, such as centering texts or choosing from more than three columns. Moreover, the lack of a duplicate and save button applied to everything is a significant limitation, as it forces the repetition of design work. Likewise, the navigation arrows cannot be customized, which adds confusion to the design. The analytics section is very basic compared to other more advanced tools, which makes a notable difference in marketing analysis capabilities. Finally, the initial setup of Bynder was arduous, especially due to the requirement of intensive classification of metaproperties, which resulted in a slow start.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder organizes all assets in one space, homogenizes the brand across countries and departments, shares campaigns without complex navigation, and allows you to work from a single tool, reducing the need to use other platforms like Canva or WeTransfer.

 ### 44. Starting Strong with Bynder: Great Onboarding, Great Results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher H. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

We switched from SharePoint to Bynder, and the impact has been transformative. Bynder’s intuitive interface meant everyone was up and running almost immediately, and the guided implementation—backed by our amazing onboarding team—made the transition smooth. We now tap into Bynder every day, from smart metadata tagging to automated approval workflows. Best of all, its seamless integration with our website means we’re never hunting for files across multiple platforms, and our brand always presents a consistent, professional look.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Bynder is definitely on the higher end of the pricing spectrum, but it's incredible feature set and ability to scale with our organization for years to come make it a worthwhile investment. There is a learning curve for advanced capabilities, but our onboarding team, Ta’Quila and Dean, provided exceptional training and support to get us up to speed quickly.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder has eliminated fragmented storage and version-control chaos by providing a single, searchable repository with smart metadata and automated workflows. Built-in brand guidelines and templates ensure every team member uses the latest on-brand assets, and automated approval processes have cut feedback loops from days to hours. Seamless integrations with our CMS and creative tools remove repetitive exports and uploads, while analytics give us real-time visibility into asset usage. Overall, Bynder has improved our workflows, and collaboration (with 'collections'), and delivered the insights we need to refine our content strategy and maximize ROI.

 ### 45. Efficient Asset Management with AI Perks, But Integration Gaps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas P. | Production Manager (Video)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really appreciate the AI functionality of Bynder, particularly its facial recognition and search capabilities, which make locating assets easier and more efficient. I find it beneficial that anyone can access and search for what they need without being restricted.... thanks to Bynder's alternative methods of organizing and finding assets. The platform's clean, intuitive design is also something I admire, as it aligns well with our brand aesthetics. Moreover, the setup process for Bynder was surprisingly straightforward and trouble-free, making the adoption of the platform a positive experience overall.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I find it disappointing that using Bynder for reviews and annotations would result in an extra charge. Our hope was to replace frame.io as a review platform and consolidate our tools. However, even though Bynder's Studio version allows for such functionality, we have to keep using frame.io because it's not feasible for us to integrate or consider this option within the first year. This means we are still maintaining multiple platforms, which I hoped to streamline.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder consolidates our assets, saving time by eliminating the need to navigate multiple platforms and enhancing search efficiency with AI capabilities.

 ### 46. Exceptional implementation!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeleine G. | Product Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Exceptional demo: The demo your team presented was extremely thorough and clearly tailored to our RFP. It gave us a strong sense of confidence from the start.
Flexibility in implementation: We really appreciate how you adjusted the implementation approach to our needs—starting with DAM and then moving to BAM, even though we know this is not a standard sequence. This flexibility is crucial for meeting our internal deadlines.
Clear expectations and documentation: The week-to-week expectations have been communicated very clearly. The documentation you’ve provided with each delivery has been especially helpful. It's evident that you have a lot of experience with these processes.
Positive meeting dynamic: You consistently bring great energy to our meetings, and it genuinely makes a difference in how smooth things move forward.
Strong team match: Our key resources—Björn Burger and Adam Trebski—complement each other exceptionally well. We are very happy with the collaboration with both of them.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I do not have any dislikes. The kantata portal did not work for us - but Bynder itself is great!

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are replacing a DAM that has recieved End of Life!

 ### 47. Bynder is excellent choice when looking for DAM and Studio for quick and easy content adaptation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder is an intuitive and robust Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform that excels in usability and customization. One of its standout advantages is that it doesn’t require an admin with an IT background. Instead, a business-focused individual with a solid understanding of internal processes can effectively manage the system, making it highly accessible for non-technical teams. The interface is user-friendly, allowing quick adoption, and the platform offers extensive customization options, but we are note there yet.

update: After 18 months of using Bynder as our DAM, we decided to add Bynder Studio—and the onboarding experience was excellent.

Sven, our Studio expert, was a standout partner throughout the process. His deep knowledge of the module and ability to quickly understand our use cases helped us configure Studio in a way that truly fits our workflows. He consistently offered smart, practical recommendations and guided us toward the most effective setup.

Carina, our onboarding manager, kept the entire project running smoothly. She provided clear structure, communicated proactively, and made sure every step moved forward without delays. Her organization and support made the onboarding feel easy and well-coordinated.

Overall, the onboarding was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to the combined expertise of Sven and Carina, we were able to get Studio up and running confidently. A great experience that reinforced our decision to expand our Bynder ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Despite its strengths, Bynder does have some challenges. The initial implementation can be costly and time-intensive, which may be a hurdle for smaller organizations. While the platform is intuitive for basic use. Occasionally, there are performance issues, particularly when managing large volumes of data.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storing assets and their distribution to the markets & adaptation

 ### 48. Exceptional Onboarding and Intuitive Asset Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa M. | Creative Director, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The onboarding process was great, and we had a dedicated team that was very knowledgeable and patient as we worked through setup. The process for finding assets is very intuitive for teammembers, and we like that this is not a folder-based system. Customer support has also been fast and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The platform is rather expensive, but we think it is worth it to help solve our DAM needs.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is a fresh start to our DAM, and effective at getting the right assets in front of the right teammembers, while helping us to eliminate the clutter of outdated digital assets.

 ### 49. Bynder: Great Digital Asset Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leigh R. | Creative Production Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder is a great company to work with. They are pros in the field of Digital Asset Management and are proactively looking to keep improving the product. The DAM is easy to use and provides lots of useful integrations. Our onboarding was fantastic with Christina and Cait.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

No dislikes at this time. So far all good!

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provide a DAM system that is easy to use for all users.

 ### 50. Great set up and amazing team to work with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan T. | Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The organization of Bynder is well organized and the onboarding experience has been wonderful. I like that it is so customizable.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Some of the admin set up is odd. I feel that if you are one of the main admin I should not have to request access to assets created and uploaded into collections. I was shown how to solve the access issue quickly but it just seems an odd step to have to do if you are in control of most of you companies assets

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It will be great to share marketing materials with the whole company and individuals. I think it will be especially helpful with larger documents and sending and receiving assets to vendors and well as our large amount of branches across MI and FL.
