I really appreciate BuyCo's flexibility and how easy it is to contact their team and pitch ideas. They are responsive and work with us through the resolution of any issues. The tracking information in BuyCo is quite helpful, with different sources that help us understand where our containers are. We also recently developed the 3D tool, that helps us keep control our demurrage and detention costs and find root causes and liable parties. Initially, the transition to BuyCo was quite challenging, but they were flexible and accommodating to our requests, which was one of the reasons we chose them. As BuyCo grows, there's less chance to customize the service toward us because they need a more robust platform for different types of customers. Sometimes specific developments are needed for our work that can't be done because they are too specific for our flow. We see opportunities for improvement in the platform’s coverage of transportation modes. Expanding support to include air freight and courier tracking—particularly for document shipments—would add meaningful value. Being able to track courier numbers directly within each shipment would enhance visibility and streamline follow‑up. I would also appreciate greater flexibility in customizing access levels for each party, to have more options to manage what stakeholders can see.
