Some of things I like about Bullhorn is how user friendly it is. There are times where it can be a little complicated, but most of the time it's user friendly for all ages. Very easy to use! I really like the quick view feature, being able to do mass messaging, and easily being able to update profiles. I also like features that allow me to see how close candidates are to job positions. "Ease of integration" is a great way to describe the process from beginning-to-end when it comes to the sales funnel employed by the Staffing Agency I work at. We reach out to prospects using information from job ads on Indeed or LinkedIn, then Bullhorn acts as our CRM to track whether any of our recruiters/reps have contacted them, how many times and whether any employees/contractors of ours have ever worked for the client company. Once our temps go to work, they can use Bullhorn like an HR platform that allows them to log timesheets, do onboarding, and other paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. This is my second experience using Bullhorn after a long time using Salesforce and even a tool called Oorwin. Bullhorn is much improved and offers some advantages in my opinion over SF. Namely the seemless ATS/CRM integration. It's very intuitive and easy to navigate. The dash board reporting compares to SF for at least what data I want to see. The ability to filter by skills, location, and work history, combined with saved searches and tagging, makes it easy to quickly identify the best-fit candidates. It’s also great that I can see their full communication history in one place, so I can personalize my outreach and move candidates through the process more efficiently. It’s not a huge issue, but I do find myself refining searches a couple of times to get the most relevant results. BH is color coded, easy to navigate, intuitive, and contains so much information that it's essentially my one stop shop when creating jobs, looking for candidates, reporting, or even business info and their internal staff. In my opinion, one of the least helpful aspects of Bullhorn is that it can feel overwhelming at first due to the number of features and the learning curve for new users. Some processes, like customizing reports or tailoring workflows, can be a bit complex and may require extra training or support. The system sometimes runs slower when handling large amounts of data. Bullhorn is helping solve the problem of managing large volumes of candidates, clients, and job orders by centralizing everything into one platform. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, emails, and separate tools, it keeps all communications, notes, and activity organized and easily accessible. It also automates repetitive tasks like scheduling follow-ups, updating candidate statuses, and generating reports, which saves time and reduces errors. For me, this means I can work more efficiently, stay on top of my pipeline, and focus more on building relationships with candidates and clients rather than getting caught up in manual admin work.
