As a timekeeping system, Bullhorn is very user-friendly. The layout is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate, even for those who aren't tech-savvy. Entering and reviewing time is straightforward, and the streamlined design helps reduce confusion or errors. Where Bullhorn falls short—at least in our setup—is in its limited reporting capabilities and lack of flexibility for adjustments. Running custom reports or making corrections isn’t always possible, or at least not easily done. I believe some of these issues might stem from our organization’s permission settings rather than the system itself, but it still impacts how efficiently we can manage time data and resolve issues when they arise.
