There is nothing to dislike about the platform, if I had to be critical I would suggest that Bulksms expand into new communication channels, increasing its effectiveness in disruptive communication.
Bulksms could also, possibly simplify the format of the data that is uploaded, this did confuse me initially, and there is plenty of literature, explaining how it should be done.
