What do you like best about BrightFire?

They created us a great looking website, we couldn't have asked for more there. They also handle our social media which has been a big help for our business in this first year. What do you dislike about BrightFire?

Having different login credentials for the website and the social media platform is a little annoying, but other than that, they have been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BrightFire:

I would just say to definitely visit their website and look at some of the websites they have created to get a general feel for what you will want them to do for you. Have some colors in mind, and really, just let them take control, they know what they are doing and their creative team is amazing. What problems is BrightFire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brightfire is helping me save time so that I can do my job while they handle the website and social media. They post regularly on our Facebook and Instagram which frees me up to sell insurance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrightFire?

how quick the Brightfire team is to make requested changes, and how easy it is to update the site whenever it is needed. The site has a lot of good built in features, like widgets, and content that automatically updates from the Erie Insurance blog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
