**What do you like best about Brighter PSA?**

Ability to upload documents and files into one main repository. Easy tool to use to find historical documents and files, dating back years, especially useful when in need of older information for audits, compliance reviews, legal questions and overall review and confirmation of data and information in older files.

**What do you dislike about Brighter PSA?**

Extremely time consuming when uploaded data and files for the first time. Tedious and redundant when uploading revisions that require an additional review or more. Frustrating when the system lags or freezes and a restart is necessary, causing all unsaved information and progress to be lost.

**Recommendations to others considering Brighter PSA:**

Do your homework, do your research before making a decision to switch or to start using Metis. Know what your business needs are, how knowledge and comfortable the users of this tool are with using tools similar to this one.

**What problems is Brighter PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business, it's a useful tool to keep all information in one central location, to be able to be accessible to multiple team members of an organization/company.
