"Stable and qualitative reporting platform that provides us real-time figures."

What do you like best about BrightAnalytics?

-All the data is available on 1 platform.

-The integration with our systems went smoothly, in less than a month the platform was up and running.

-We can easily view our costs, revenue etc. and filter based on our services and projects.

-It’s cloud-based so I can check our figures whenever and wherever I want.

-The numbers are in real-time, so I’m sure that any decision I make is based on the most recent numbers.

-The tool is plug and play, I can easily create graphs and reports.

-It’s a sustainable solution. We’re a growing company, BrightAnalytics allows us to grow in a controlled way.

-The automated reports give me more time to focus on analyzing the numbers.

-Overview of the entire organization in terms of numbers.

-I can make in-depth analyses on various levels: by project, by service (e.g. marketing, webbuilding…)

-I can follow-up on the chargeability of projects

-Finance & cash (e.g. ebitda, cash forecasting, agings…)

-All data is gathered in one platform so we can combine the financial and operational data, e.g. project reporting (margins, nonbillable hours…), marketing (cost per lead, leads funnel) , sales KPIs, margin reporting… and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BrightAnalytics is a reliable and quick reporting tool that is easily accessible, kept up to date whenever and anywhere. Also This platform offers clear information even though you're not a financial genius who could be used in part or in full with anyone else. You may concentrate on analytical reporting while managing reports because all the data will be centralized for you, so no external involvement is necessary.
