**What do you like best about Brex?**

I love how easy it is to use Brex when I'm traveling, even in different countries. I can just put it into all the machines or pay with it wherever I am. The NFC feature is great, and I have both the digital card on my phone and the physical card. The app is really helpful; it shows what I’ve already spent and my spend limit. The app looks really good and works everywhere, from Colombia to Europe and the United States. It's also convenient that my boss can see my spending, so I don't have to worry about keeping all the receipts. This saves a lot on administration. The initial setup was really easy too, with a link to download the app, and everything worked smoothly even from Colombia. The digital card setup with Google Pay was really quick too, and the physical card arrived super fast.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

I tried to set my spending limit correctly, but it didn't approve my payment. My spending limit was good in the app and on the desktop, but when I got to the counter, it wouldn't let me pay the deposit.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Brex makes managing travel and job expenses seamless. It simplifies overseas payments with both digital and physical cards, and reduces administrative tasks by not needing to keep receipts, as spending is tracked automatically.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

So easy that you can photo the receipt right from your phone and put in the company general ledger code in without the wait

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

No complaints. We don’t have to worry about forgetting to do it anymore. Most of my coworkers weren’t doing it before Brex, so this has made it much easier to stay on top of.

To make the employees that carries the Brex card to help acct department to send it faster

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I really like that Brex is a bank completely designed for startups like ours. Everything is very easy to do, there is nothing that takes time or involves complicated procedures. The authentications work well and generating users is good. Issuing cards is an instant process. Reviewing charges is very quick, I receive notifications and can authorize payments easily. Everything works smoothly. Additionally, I can do everything from my app, both on the phone and on the computer, and the functions are intuitive and fast. Issuing cards only requires two clicks and I don't need to talk to anyone. The authentications are secure using an authenticator instead of SMS or tokens. Everything works as it should in a tech application.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

I think Brex could imitate a product that Marcus has, which is a credit card that offers cashback. That would be good to have.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brex operates as the bank of our organization, facilitating all our financial transactions and simplifying corporate card management. It is intuitive, fast, allows issuing cards instantly, and doing everything from my app, eliminating complicated procedures.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

The most helpful aspect of the Brex system for me is the phone app.  Being able to handle receipt capture and assignment all in one place is a big time saver for me personally.  No more having to scan a receipt in notes app and attach it to an email from my cellphone.  The app is so very user friendly as well, no challenges found.  I even, unfortunately, had some fraudulent activity on my card and the customer support time handled it faster than I could ever have imagined.  The cards were easily integrated company wide.  I use my card almost daily with no sweat!

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

I have not found a single issue personally with the Brex system since our company implemented it two months ago.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Brex system helps reduce time on expense submittal and helps ensure timely handling of the matter with alerts via text and app notifactions.

One new thing I really like about Brex is how streamlined and intuitive the platform continues to be. It makes managing expenses and reimbursements very efficient, and I appreciate that the process requires minimal manual input, which helps reduce errors and avoid delays. The overall user experience feels smooth and reliable.

Overall, my experience with Brex has been very positive and I haven’t had any major issues. One area that could be improved is adding even more customization or reporting features, but the platform already works very smoothly and is very user-friendly.

I use Brex to purchase flights and hotel stays, as well as for travel expenses during business trips. I like how simple it is to upload receipts and add memos, whether via email or via WhatsApp. It saves me a lot of time and is very straightforward. It enables me to maintain compliance with internal policies for expensing business-related expenses. The initial setup of Brex was pretty straightforward, and it didn't take too much time.

I think my business operations manager mentioned that it does properly allow them to do proper analysis of spending and organizing where money is going.

Nothing really. There's usually a lag when uploading a receipt or updating a memo which is inconvenient but not a deal breaker.

Brex makes it easy to stay on top of uploading receipts and tracking company expense. I love the Slack and text messaging integrations - I can do everything from a resource I use regularly rather than having to navigate to their website.

I like that the Brex site is easy to use and that managing company expenses is straightforward. The ability to cancel and replace a card quickly when unusual charges occur is a huge plus, especially since replacements arrive in just 3 days. I appreciate the detailed charge reports where you can attach receipts and pictures. Brex has a really good fraudulent awareness system, sending me alerts about unusual charges, and the card replacement and dispute processes are very customer supportive. The initial setup was also very easy after providing proof of company legal entity, and I'm very happy to have the card.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I really appreciate the convenience Brex offers, whether I'm on the road, at home, or in my office. It's so handy to resolve expenses quickly, ensuring the company is aware of where the money is being spent and that I'm being financially responsible. The system is easy to set up; it was very easy to get my name and payment account set up without any errors. Compared to other systems I've encountered, it's one of the simpler ones and much faster to get started.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

I think that there's no system for rewards integration. It's not that big of a deal to me, but having the ability to connect with reward systems of rental car companies, airlines, or hotels would be a very nice feature to add. It could even improve the offerings that Brex has.

Brex quickly updates my expenses, reducing forgotten entries. The app's connectivity with the Brex card streamlines adding receipts, ensuring accounts payable is current. It's simple and keeps everything organized without misplaced receipts.

Brex then automatically matches the receipt to the expense, seamlessly adding it to the portal for my accounting manager to review. This automation streamlines the process and reduces manual effort. Another aspect I love is how straightforward the initial setup was; having used Brex for three years now, I can attest to its user-friendly nature. Sometimes I don't get a text message, but I also have the app so I can use the app.

They improved the user experience on registering the expenses, it's very quick and doesn't feel annoying

I still have nothing to report about this.

We are a remote team and everyone got its brex card quickly to manage work-related expenses.

Review expenses is very quickly, I do it just after I spend some money and our accountants are happy.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I love how easy it is to use Brex. I can upload my suppliers' invoices and manage the items without complications, which makes my life much easier. Additionally, I can create invoices or receipts for my clients and send them directly to their email, saving me time by not having to use another platform to do it. This is very valuable to me, as it saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate that the initial setup was super easy; we were able to link the previous account and see how much money we have in total. Brex is super fast and doesn't charge usage fees, which is great. I definitely recommend it, in fact, I have already recommended it.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

On the invoices side, I can't send the invoice to multiple emails, or I haven't figured out how to send it to multiple emails; I only send it to one person. I would like to be able to send it to more people.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Brex as an excellent online bank without fees, fast and efficient. It makes business life much easier by paying bills and suppliers, receiving money, and sending invoices directly, saving valuable time.

Brex continues to provide a wide variety of modern tools for cardholders to manage their accounts through multiple channels, including via iOS app.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

The single biggest downside from my perspective is the lack of being able to earn personal rewards, instead of or in addition to rewards for my company. Having bonus categories or merchant offers (like Amex Offers) would be a big benefit.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brex removes the need for expense reports, making my travel experience (and post-travel experience) much easier than the previous systems I'd used that required multiple apps and websites.

I love how Brex makes tracking mileage super simple because the app quickly brings up the address you're entering without needing to go back and forth between different map tools. I also find the integration between the issuing bank card and the app to be super simple, as charges from my Brex card automatically show up in the app. It makes managing receipts very easy; some vendors' receipts automatically show up without needing to snap a picture, which is perfect for an active outside salesperson like me who's often on the road. I appreciate this integration, as I've never had it with other platforms like Concur. The map search functionality when entering mileage expenses is second to none, recognizing my location and making the process incredibly easy. This app is light years ahead of what I've used before, making life way simpler.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

I think integrating more and more of typical vendors, whether it's a Holiday Inn or Country Inns and Suites, and having alliances with some of the frequent vendors, even nationwide gas station chains like Mobil, Arco, or Marathon, where their receipts would automatically upload into your purchase would be helpful. Some do today, but it'd be great if more were integrated into the platform so you didn't have to snap a receipt. Also, it took a little longer than probably necessary to get a credit card issued to me when I started.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I love how easy Brex was to set up—super simple and quick. This is my first company credit card, and I was expecting the usual hassle of keeping receipts and filling out expense reports, but Brex makes everything so much easier.

My first purchase was a yearly subscription, and I didn’t even realize it went through until I got a text about it. I could just reply to the text to add a memo or open the app to update it. No chasing receipts, no spreadsheets—just easy. Brex really takes the pain out of managing company expenses.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

Honestly, nothing so far! Everything’s been smooth and easy to use. No complaints—so far, so good!

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There’s no need to stress about holding onto receipts or risk them getting lost in intercompany mail anymore.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I love how easy Brex is to use, and being able to add it to Apple Pay makes things fast and efficient when I'm on the go. I also appreciate that the app is very reliable, updates quickly, and allows us to move swiftly when booking travel.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

Sometimes the connection to the budget and the card aren't always in sync. If I change the Mastercard to a higher budget for a hotel transaction, but the previous allocation was lower, it doesn't always get approved. The new budget allocation doesn't always sync quickly when using it for a transaction.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Brex for expense management and allocation of T&E. It's easy to use, integrates with Apple Pay for fast transactions, and the app is reliable and quick, making travel booking efficient.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

Brex has been awesome from the day we started using it - we got the account setup and going literally overnight. We use it daily and the user experience is outstanding and allows me to accomplish 99% of tasks without needing to contact the customer support team. On the few occasions when I needed to update information, such as KYC details, the process with customer support was very quick and I managed to do everything without a single phone call. 

Features like good QB Online integration and the ability to create cards instantly are especially helpful as we slowly scale. As a scrappy startup with very limited resources, the seamlessness of Brex has been extremely valuable for us. I should also mention that we handle both inbound and outbound international payments, and Brex has been outstanding in this area compared to other major bank accounts. I truly cannot emphasize this enough.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

This isn't really a dislike, as I don't have any major complaints, but I do see a significant shortcoming that seems common to almost every business bank account. Since we conduct many transactions in euros, the inability to hold funds in a currency other than US dollars is a real problem, especially as the value of the USD declines.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1.  Managing corporate expenses - its easy to get an overall picture of our finances daily. 
2. Managing team members - its quick to issue both general and specific expense cards and track them daily. The automatic limit adjustments help a lot here. 
3. Managing international payments - Brex is literally the best bank transfer system I have used in any US bank. Its easy and incredibly efficient.

I love Brex because everything can be done online, which means I don't have to call or talk to support. The interface is very thought-out, and there are a lot of useful functions for my business. It's also great that I can issue virtual cards and pay with online checks. The initial setup was very easy.

Brex provides great banking service with everything online, no need for support calls. I love the thought-out interface and useful business functions. It lets me issue virtual cards and pay with online checks, unlike Wells Fargo.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

tl;dr Simple.

Brex lets me use different budgets and expense categories (home office, lunch, professional development) without having to put anything on my personal card. I just submit a note and the receipts, and that’s already integrated into the Brex app. The entire process feels straightforward. It’s also dead simple to set up with Google Wallet which is especially helpful when I’m traveling. Having a back-up physical card is also clutch!

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

Internal docs provide more details around coverage but would be helpful to have a 1:1 mapping in the Brex UI. I suspect this is organization dependent.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A separate virtual card for each budget :)

I appreciate that Brex is accepted everywhere, as I've not encountered any rejections yet, which assures me of its reliability. I like the flexibility of having both physical and virtual card options, which caters to diverse transaction needs. Brex's connection to an app allows me to manage my expenses efficiently, making the process of tracking and organizing costs much simpler. The app's notifications feature is incredibly helpful as it immediately alerts me to attach receipts or provide descriptions in accordance with company policy, ensuring compliance. Overall, Brex has proven to be the easiest and most complete corporate card solution I've ever used, which makes it highly recommendable.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

I think the scanning of receipts is currently not very effective, as it only captures a photo. If Brex could incorporate OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, it would greatly enhance the visibility and utility of scanned documents for our administration.

I use Brex to travel frequently for work without upfront funds, with instant notifications to manage expenses and attach receipts easily.
