# Is there an easier way to replace physical cards? I once lost my physical card and it was a real struggle to replace it. First, it was hard to reach out to support because I was unable to log in (I lost my phone/wallet in one). Once I replaced the phone, I downloaded the app and there was no way of authenticating myself. I forget which number I finally found to contact support, but once I did, they had to send a request to our admin to get approval for me to sign in again and submit a request for a new card.
