I think as a banking service, Brex is really very good, but it only does banking and payments. There's a limited universe of ancillary services. There are some other more integrated services that also handle e.g. payroll and taxes, which Brex doesn't do. However, I'm not necessarily missing those because I prefer having an accounting service that I have a clear understanding with, and Brex makes it easy to use those outside services. I use Brex for company travel expenses, and I really appreciate how the automatic receipt loading saves me so much time instead of having to manually load receipts. Filing an expense report with Brex is super easy; I simply add a few comments, and the process is complete. I haven't really had any issues with the Brex app or website, but I was confused at first because there was no submit button when entering information for a specific task or expense. Brex makes managing the company expenses seamless. I can anticipate the spending trends based on our historical spending. What I really appreciate is how easy it is to manage staff spending by setting spending limits and rules. I like that employees can see their corporate card charges as they make purchases and can complete their expenses without needing to create a separate expense report. Brex Support is also usually very helpful and quick to respond, and there’s a lot of information available through the support button. The reporting tool is very useful as well; it can handle large amounts of information and is easy to filter. I find the dispute process inconvenient because I have to prove a vendor acted unjustly or a transaction was erroneous.
