**What do you like best about Brandscopic?**

It actually worked, whereas BookedOut did not at all. BS saved data and was generally easy for field staff to use, compared to BookedOut.

**What do you dislike about Brandscopic?**

It was extremely finicky - you had to have the correct link or it would not allow you to input answers at all. It would also not let you follow the link from an email, you would have to open a new window and paste it in.

**What problems is Brandscopic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was reliable and could show data somewhat easily.  It was a needed solve for Public Label at the time.

**What do you like best about Brandscopic?**

I liked how the logo was eye catching and easy to find. The pop up menu was different and I liked using it. Much easier to use on a computer.

**What do you dislike about Brandscopic?**

It would often glitch and app would not work or save your progress. It was hard to find things while using the app. It wouldn’t zoom like it should and you would have to play around with it. 

**What problems is Brandscopic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows mass amount of people to answer and submit questionnaires. It retains data and gives an in-depth analysis.

**What do you like best about Brandscopic?**

Easy to format and answer questions, plan events, and make reports. 

**What do you dislike about Brandscopic?**

Technical errors with using the app and uploading photos for reports via computer no matter which browser. 

**What problems is Brandscopic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a very easy way for employees (brand ambassadors) to create reports given that the technology is functioning.

The loading time, the constant updates, and difficulty I have retrieving old information on it
