**What do you like best about Booxi?**

Very user friendly tool to use for booking appointment on many platform for customers and also very easy to use by the staff of the brand. Easy to implement for a great impact on the sales and more globally on the in-store experience. Special word for the great customer support always very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Booxi?**

Nothing I'm very happy with the solution.

they help me increase the drive to store and follow the performance of my omnichannel strategy.

**What do you like best about Booxi?**

Easy to set up and use. The Booxi interface is modern and well-designed. The Booxi team is always available, which is a real added value. We are always well supported from the launch to its implementation and even afterwards for any follow-up questions.

**What do you dislike about Booxi?**

The connector to Service Cloud is still missing, which is a shame. Just a little more patience.

**What problems is Booxi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The BI implementation took some time, but Booxi did what was necessary to help us, which is very useful for the KPIs.

**What do you like best about Booxi?**

Unlike many other companies, I can chat with an actual person using their chat feature.  We can integrate booxi into our lightspeed account for smooth transactions and accounting.  Booxi is an easy reservation system for customers to navigate with a texting feature.

**What do you dislike about Booxi?**

There are a few things I would like to personalize more with my business, but I can work within the constraints.

**What problems is Booxi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Takes away the labour involved with booking reservations on the phone.  Easy for customers to use and for us to work within.

The 1to1 appointment feature is used in over 300 store internationally on a regular basis for our workshop needs, or for the purchase of second-hand products. (Buyback)

The rental feature is not yet optimal, especially with stock management

Booxi Team is really professional and always available to support.

The first training was not adapted to our users, but after reworking the format, it is now 
fitted.

Booxi is a comprehensive tool with simplified appointment scheduling. Staff interface is easy to configure and intuitive.

The rental management option would benefit from being improved.

Booxi integrates easily with our internal tools and allows all stores to better assist customers in the workshop.

- Great adoption from our associates
- Easy to use booking widget + easy to install on our website
- Great support from their team and getting their feedback on our experiential strategy

- The customization could be better
- Holiday scheduling (but I know they're working on it)

Improving the omnichannel experience of our customers and helping us bring our existing customers back for repeat purchases. We see an increase in basket size and conversion following an appointment.

Booxi was easy to integrate into our website. Additionally, the contact is made very quickly and courteously.

**What do you dislike about Booxi?**

You must be careful when removing a service, as it may remain available because we need to remove it in two places.

Booxi allows our clients to book directly online, and the SMS tool enables us to communicate quickly with customers without having to spend time on the phone.

**What do you like best about Booxi?**

Prompt customer support.  As Booxi grows, its customer service has improved tremendously.  
Easy to manage; user-friendly.
The system sends automatic reminders of upcoming appointments.
The system sends a thank you note post-session.
The system sends automatic reminders for customers to rebook.
SOAPI notes.
I can easily add or remove timeslots

**What do you dislike about Booxi?**

The system doesn't have the option to send Happy Birthday greetings to loyal clients.
The system doesn't provide an option to send virtual health/medical questionnaires (or COVID pre-screenings) to the clients.  It doesn't even offer the opportunity to upload the questionnaire (pdf) to the customer profile.  The trend now is to go paperless.  Booxi needs to figure a way to provide the user a way to create a personalized health questionnaire (a plugin or an affiliation with a form-building platform).

**What problems is Booxi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On-line booking; our loyal clients can book at their convenience.  It saves me time from going back and forth and closing an appointment.
Many new clients, who find us with search engines, book us on booxi.

**What do you like best about Booxi?**

Good for basic needs.  Appealing API/front end.

**What do you dislike about Booxi?**

Very clumsy for advanced users. No blackout functionality. Calendars have no option to set special hours/closed status for holidays etc.

Booxi allowed us to migrate from WooBookings fairly easily, and integrated well with our Lightspeed POS

It is easy. I am not super computer savvy but can figure this program out easily.

**What do you dislike about Booxi?**

I wish there was a way to change things to suit our business needs better. For example, changing business hours for one week, or day to accommodate holidays closures, ect.

Read all of the training, it is very helpful when getting set up.

We were able to ensure that we were not over-booked for rentals and service. Therefore creating a better work-flow for our team, and a better experience for customers.

After set up Booxi ran smoothly and never needed any changes or customer service help

Setting up was a bit confusing and there was very little help via onboarding team

Plan about 2 weeks of set up before you really know how to utilize the system

Booxi allowed customers to schedule service and shopping appointments online letting us cut down on the number of people in the store at any given time. This made it a safer environment for everyone during these trying times.

Honestly I don't really dislike anything. I wouldn't use it though if lightspeed had a calendar function with a front end booking widget.

**What do you like best about Booxi?**

It is a very dynamic and flexible tool, has allowed me to make the programming of my agenda as well as the staff that integrates our beauty salon, so we have provided a better organization in the appointment system, with this automated programming ensure that our customers are served more quickly and with the same levels of quality, facilitating the administrative processes of the business, so we can devote more to meet the needs of customers in terms of the services we provide. A notable feature is its notification system, is really effective, also increases the communication of our staff with customers in the event of any change in appointments. On the other hand, it is very easy to use, has a simple but functional design and has a very affordable price, plus a free version quite complete.




**What do you dislike about Booxi?**

I would like to develop an inventory function as well as billing to be able to process all operations of my salon with this tool, in addition to a little more flexibility to integrate or link to other programs, such as billing, which complements their functions.

**Recommendations to others considering Booxi:**

It is very easy to use the tool and will truly take your business to the next level, it is highly recommended, effective, and at a very attractive price.

**What problems is Booxi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the most important benefits provided by this tool was digital 
marketing, which has allowed us to link our website with facebook pages and other social networks and thus promote us, which has taken our business to another level and has generated that will substantially increase our customer base, additionally is an excellent online scheduling tool, so booxi has played a key role in the expansion of our beauty salon and our productivity and effectiveness, we are pleasantly satisfied with the performance of this program.

Some missing features. Small issues such as if I cancel a clients appointment or move (i.e. because some clients take less time) it will notify the client immediately of any changes.

Moved from a booking software meant for larger companies to this one which is more effective and geared towards small business
