**What do you like best about BoothBook?**

Excellent after-sales support, nothing is too much trouble. Great to see collaboration with all the other users on FB. The team delivers a great customer experience from an end-user point of view! With this system, you can manage many options that were previously done manually; it is very practical to be able to receive the clients' requests and then only approve the orders. This application takes care of almost everything in terms of payments and procedures with the final client.

**What do you dislike about BoothBook?**

I find it very easy to use, I have no complaint whatsoever about the service provided by the platform as both user and end customer. I went from using Excel and sending loads of manual emails, to having the majority of my work automated for me.

**Recommendations to others considering BoothBook:**

For users or logistics companies that need a reservation system, it is useful because it saves a lot of time in administrative processes. You only have to focus on the business flow.

**What problems is BoothBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company had procedures that were basically manual. After the implementation of this service, it became possible to specify new offers and potential clients, as the time previously invested in managing the reserves manually was redirected to the company's regular services, which improved significantly.
