**What do you like best about bookitlive?**

We use BookitLive to reserve our conference rooms at our job site. I enjoy using this software, as it is user friendly. I am the administrative assistant, so I use BookitLive every day. Most people come to me to book their rooms, but they are able to go in and do it themselves, if they'd like. I am also able to run reports daily, weekly, monthly, or annually to see which rooms are being occupied most. I also get an email every time a room is reserved, canceled, or changed. We have iPads outside each one of our rooms that correspond to the schedule and let others know who is in that room at what time. I really do love this software.

**What do you dislike about bookitlive?**

There are some things that are hard to get around. If I book a reoccurring meeting and that person wants to go in and change the time, I have to go into each day to change the time. I can't click on one, and have it change all of them. It may just be me not knowing how to work around that. Other than this, BookitLive is great.

**Recommendations to others considering bookitlive:**

I would choose bookitlive over any other scheduling site. I have worked as a receptionist or admin at many places, and this is by far the best one I have used.

**What problems is bookitlive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a clean, organized schedule for all of our rooms. Having this on the computer, makes it easier to use as well. I hate flipping through pages trying to find a date or time.

**What do you like best about bookitlive?**

Huge amount of flexibility for both us as business owners and for our clients. Easy to operate. Professional support when you can't work it out. For us this easily pays it's way over and over and over again. 

**What do you dislike about bookitlive?**

None. I have not regretted moving to this system at all. It has eased my stress levels and made life so easy.

**What problems is bookitlive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our task for making appointments has eased a huge fold after its use. We are all so thankful for having discovered bookitalive at our office.
