"Poorly developed channel manager with lack of support response"

What do you like best about BookingPal?

Not much, we use it beauce we don't have another option to connect with some specific online travel agencies. It has a large list of channels to connect but 2 of our 3 connections doesn't work well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BookingPal?

Very few configuration options, too basic information management and poor support response. i.e. for an entire year, we were not able to connect with Google Travel which is one of the main hotel metasearch engines and is getting more importance as a channel every day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BookingPal?

There are not many other companies that provide this service as of yet. Product is a great idea and will save tons of time if all the kinks in the software are straightened out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BookingPal?

The invoicing and payment is not streamlined. Many times the pricing and payouts don't quite match up (off by at least few dollars or cents practically every time). Getting help from customer service is a nightmare. I have been re-routed in circles through the many different divisions of customer service multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BookingPal:

Double-check everything! Often times pay-out amounts are incorrect by a very small almost unnoticable amount..but it adds up. Often times you need to request payout info. If you choose direct deposit over check payment, you will not receive a notice or receipt once payment has been distributed to your bank (you have to randomly check for the disbursement all the time). What problems is BookingPal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Even with all the kinks, this software cuts out a lot of manual data entry and saved me valuable time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A decent solution for looking up properties"

What do you like best about BookingPal?

The price is pretty good, you'll get what you are paying for. So, there's no point of complaining

What do you dislike about BookingPal?

The onboarding process could be a big issue. whereas some of the competition software can onboard you in a few hours maybe Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BookingPal:

its a decent solution for showcasing your properties and the price is not too much as compared to the competition softwares, therefore, it could be given a try.
