Poorly developed channel manager with lack of support response
Not much, we use it beauce we don't have another option to connect with some specific online travel agencies. It has a large list of channels to connect but 2 of our 3 connections doesn't work well

Wish I knew of a better option.
There are not many other companies that provide this service as of yet. Product is a great idea and will save tons of time if all the kinks in the software are straightened out.
