**What do you like best about Booked it?**

Its tough moving from one system to another whilst still trying to keep the business going and making it look seem-less to customers!  I like the extra features that our basic system couldn't do and now I have got used to it I am finding it easy to use. Paige, our account manager, gets back to me really quickly and its so nice to have a dedicated person you can go to which questions (even stupid ones!).  I would recommend Bookedit.

**What do you dislike about Booked it?**

The testing process was a little bit frustrating.  You are trying to understand how a new system will fit into your current business.  Not everything tested well.  Some was my misunderstanding of the dynamics of the system, some was not working correctly and needed tweaking. We still have an outstanding issue which, although I was offered a work around in the short term, I'm sure will be adjusted soon

**What problems is Booked it solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier to see bookings and confirm number of spaces left. Seperate pages for special events.  Can book parties online and but gift vouchers.

**What do you like best about Booked it?**

all systems have hicups but can honestly say that booked it will always answer quickly and try and resolve the problem immediately.  system is easy to use

**What do you dislike about Booked it?**

RYFT payment system is not user friendly and the reports are wrong
