Its tough moving from one system to another whilst still trying to keep the business going and making it look seem-less to customers! I like the extra features that our basic system couldn't do and now I have got used to it I am finding it easy to use. Paige, our account manager, gets back to me really quickly and its so nice to have a dedicated person you can go to which questions (even stupid ones!). I would recommend Bookedit.

all systems have hicups but can honestly say that booked it will always answer quickly and try and resolve the problem immediately. system is easy to use
