  ### 23. Great!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

What I like best about Bonusly is how simple and engaging it makes employee recognition. It allows team members to easily acknowledge each other’s contributions in real time, which helps build a positive and supportive work culture. The platform also encourages peer-to-peer appreciation, making recognition more frequent and meaningful rather than just top-down. Additionally, the rewards system adds a fun and motivating element, giving employees something tangible to look forward to.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

One downside of Bonusly is that recognition can sometimes feel inconsistent or influenced by visibility rather than actual impact—employees who are more vocal or work in highly collaborative roles may receive more recognition than those working behind the scenes. Additionally, the value of rewards can feel limited depending on the points system, which may reduce motivation over time. There can also be moments where feedback becomes repetitive or less meaningful if not thoughtfully given.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly helps solve the lack of consistent and visible employee recognition in the workplace. Instead of relying only on occasional or top-down feedback, it enables real-time, peer-to-peer appreciation, which ensures that contributions—big or small—are acknowledged more frequently.
For me, this is beneficial because it increases motivation and engagement. It’s encouraging to be recognized by teammates, and it also helps me stay connected with what others are contributing across the team. Overall, it creates a more positive work environment and reinforces a culture where efforts are noticed and valued.

I also like there are more merchants available. Another feature I value is the ability to reply to a post with Bonusly points. The initial setup of Bonusly was a breeze.

I use Bonusly to appreciate my colleagues and celebrate wins. It strengthens collaboration by making appreciation more impactful than just words and saves time with real-time crediting, accurately tracking transactions.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

The rewards catalog can feel a bit limited at times, and recognition can start to feel routine if it’s not tied to something meaningful.

Bonusly solves the problem of recognition getting overlooked or delayed. It makes it easy to acknowledge people in real time, which helps build a more positive team culture and keeps motivation up. **What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Bonusly is great for recognizing colleagues and seeing what the rest of the org is up to. It creates a really fun way to give kudos/shoutouts.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I wish that my company specifically gave a higher stipend each month to individual contributors since our executives rarely use their full stipend.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Bonusly, it recognizing team members or colleagues was hidden in Slack channels. Now we're able to recognize each other publicly and comment/engage with posts.

  ### 34. Love to recognize coworkers and be recognized!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan G.

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like that I can recognize my coworkers and give them a little something to get something for themselves. It's nice that when I am recognized, I can redeem for a gift card and I love that there are lots of options.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I don't have any dislikes! I think it's great.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it's great to really recognize others especially when they go above and beyond to help you out.

  ### 35. Fantastic Incentive Program That Boosts Confidence, Just Needs More Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilee L. | Legal Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I think that it is a great incentive program while also boosting others confidence and mentality.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I’d like to see a few more options, but overall I think it’s fantastic!

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think that it helps with morale and lets everyone know that they are doing well. Kind of like a wokplace "Facebook" but with rewards.

  ### 36. MJCama

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I can send points to my colleagues to show them my appreciation.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I live in the UK, and the conversion points options are limited.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly solves the problem of giving recognition to colleagues while we work remotely. When we work in an office, we can say thanks and bring something else as a gift. While we work remotely, it is not possible, so we can do it via Bonusly.

  ### 37. Appreciation and motivation and good culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhargava H.

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

The best thing that I like about bonusly is that it helps to account for untracked work and helps us to appreaciate those who take the effort to help and it helps us to motivate others and it motivates us also .

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

They have revamped the website fully, but I liked the previous version and I still fully don't understand the 1:1s feature

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said before, Bonusly helps us to appreciate our colleagues . It helps us to convey our gratitude and appreciation. It's a very useful tool to maintain the positive appreciation and it also helps us to see what other team members are doing out of the box .

  ### 38. Boosting Moral

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis S.

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

I like how you get customize it to your organization. It's very user friendly and so fun to see what everyone shares and being able to add on to others posts!

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I wish the amount you can cash out on gift cards was consistent across stores!

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps boost morale, and lets you see other people or learn what others are doing that you might not know about otherwise.

  ### 39. GIF Animations Make Messages Feel Friendlier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

gif animations on the message really makes the message friendlier

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I feel like the Bonusly app on Slack could be better, especially in terms of UX/UI when it comes to sending points. The overall experience for sending points feels a bit clunky, and I’d like it to be more straightforward and intuitive.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allows me to be able to show appreciation in a way I couldn't before

  ### 40. Bonusly adds value and fun to recognizing someones contribution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Being able to recognize a colleague for their additional work, effort or assistance with Bonusly is great. It gives the ability to give credit where credit is due. On the receiving side it is nice to be recognized for those things as well. It is also great to be able to save up ones points to use or give away.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I run out of Bonusly too fast. I wish there were more to give each month. Like, be able to get more points based upon how long one has used the service.

**Recommendations to others considering Bonusly:**

Bonusly is a wonderful way to acknowledge co-workers' efforts and accomplishments. It is fun, easy, and should be a part of every business.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure that any problems have been solved, but it is very motivating to receive the Bonus points. Personally giving is really fun. To be able to recognize and comment on someones work and/or effort is really great. Being able to use the points for the many offerings has been great too.

**Official Response from Bonusly Marketing:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are happy to hear that you are enjoying both giving and receiving recognition and that Bonusly has encouraged motivation amongst the team!

Keep up the great work! 💚

Cheers,

  ### 41. A Really Cool Tool for Rewarding Teams with Great Redemption Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim C. | Social Media Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

really cool tooloo to use to reward your team

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

nothing really I love it all great redeem selection

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i wouldn't say it resolves any problems just a great addition

  ### 42. Boosting team morale and making recognition effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto E.

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

What I like most about Bonusly is how naturally it gets people to recognize each other, it doesn’t feel forced, and those small shoutouts actually end up meaning a lot over time.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

If I had to pick something, it’s that the rewards can feel a bit limited depending on your region, so sometimes you’re earning points faster than you find something you actually want to redeem them for.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly solves the problem of recognition getting lost in the day-to-day by making it easy to regularly call out good work, and that’s benefited me by helping me feel more appreciated while also keeping me more aware of what others are contributing.

  ### 43. Giving recognition to cross functional partners in the company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Bonusly is a god send for my team as we work cross functionally across the organization and is a great way to give recognition for teammates who work on a different team (and traditionally would be difficult to show rexcognition for)

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I wish we were allocated more budget to give more Bonusly to teammates per month!

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encouraging teammates on different teams to help us for various tasks!

  ### 44. Best Team Engagement Perk

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara W. | Sales Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

The way it brings a sales team together for those bake off scenarios and friendly competitions!

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

There should be incentives for certain cards like perhaps a monthly 5 percent bonus on a different card each month where it actually costs less bonusly bucks than the card is really worth

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Binusly gives me a way to get odds and end taken care of in a pinch on amazon!

  ### 45. Keeps Teams Engaged with Customizable Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake M. | Mid-Market Account Executive

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I use Bonusly to recognize and reward my sales team for wins, collaboration, and living our values. It's simple yet powerful to keep a distributed team engaged. I really like the customizable rewards. It's great being able to comment and add on to other recognition and get visibility over actions you wouldn't otherwise see. The initial setup was very easy, and I would rate my likelihood to recommend it a 10.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I'm looking for additional reporting or analytics. If we're running an initiative to drive engagement over a certain topic or area of the business, I want to be able to track the engagement between teams and the language that tracks the engagement of the initiative.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bonusly to recognize and reward my sales team for wins, collaboration, and living our values. It solves the challenge of giving recognition in a remote environment. The customizable rewards and ability to comment on others' recognition keep my distributed team engaged.

  ### 46. Nice & easy. It's easy to give points and redeem points.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like when I see teammates anniversaries (birthdays or time in the company); I feel motivated to congratulate and give bonusly points to them all.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I don't have email notifications enabled purposely, so seeing the notifications on the website is difficult for me.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee interaction and integration. My company is 100% working-from-home across all the Americas, so it's very difficult to keep in touch with everyone.

  ### 47. The best expience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Warehousing

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

What I like most is how simple and easy it is to use. It’s very productive.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

What I don't like is that I'd like them to add more stores.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it solves is significant: the opportunity to stand out at work serves as a powerful motivator and helps raise expectations. Thanks to this, job performance improves, and one gains useful rewards that can be utilized efficiently.

  ### 48. Effortless Recognition with Bonusly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cynthia C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I use Bonusly to recognize my coworkers, which is a simple way to acknowledge them by giving points. They can later use these points for gift cards or donations, making it both a communication tool and a gift. I like that I get reminders about using my points towards the end of the month. Sometimes I get busy, and use the points on the last day of the month. It's also super easy to use, especially with Slack, which is particularly useful at the end of the month when I'm trying to give points out on the very last day in the evening. The website's usability is great too; I can filter teams to see the recognition being given, which inspires me. The setup was very smooth, and I'm very likely to recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

We're a team of over 2,000, so sometimes it gets overwhelming to see everybody's recognition on Slack. Wish there was a way to filter it by team on Slack just like we can on the website.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bonusly to easily recognize and acknowledge my coworkers by giving points that they can redeem for gift cards or donate to charity. It works both as a communication tool and a small gift.

  ### 49. Easy GIF Sharing People Enjoy, But Limited Data for Controllers

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

It is easy to use, people generally like sending gifs so it works relatively well in terms of how hard it is to make people use it

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I am a controller, so I like to have all the data I can get my hands on. In the past I was able to click my received points total in order to see a table showing who gave me what amount in what post. I cant do that anymore and I didnt find a way to see that table again. Now, when I check the page I see that my point total went up, but I have no idea who gave me how much.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

employee engagement, people feel appreciated and in many cases it is not possible or relevant that their manager should commend them for something they did to help someone out. It is good that the people themselves have a way to show that someone else helped them and to give them some small token of appreciation

  ### 50. Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer W.

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

It's a fun way to recognize peers for going above and beyond. It's also rewarding to see how the teams recognize one another (and celebrate indirectly.)

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I wish points would rollover to following months if we don't use them.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognizing tasks that are beyond every day scope and additional efforts that help assist. It also is a continuous reminder to identify opportunities to share with the organization.
